Arshavin was most definitely world class. There was a moment where he was literally unplayable. He was the best player in the Prem at one point.

You may be right but there is nothing to suggest that will happen, ever, so I reckon if he stays fit he gets 20+.

Rogers is just protecting his club.

Doubt he really believes what he's saying but you can't really fault him for saying it.

It's much better than the reality - that Liverpool due to several years of mid table mediocrity can (currently) only attract players based on potential and Southampton players.
