Well any of those players would have been better defensively than Gerrard so that's a few more points Liverpool would have won and I'm sure Suarez could have score all the penalties that Gerrard took

So you're saying last season none of those 4 would have: been better defensively, scored as many goals from open play (1) and provided as many assists and key passes to the best striker combination in the league?

If not how would Liverpool not been any better in the league with the other 4?
