City have the best players, so will once again win the league.
Liverpool Chelsea and Arsenal will probably squabble over the remaining places in the top 4.
If United do some decent business in the transfer market over the next couple of weeks, then they come into the mix for top 4, and even without strengthening they may well feel the benefit of less games, and challenge for top 4 anyway.
Roman won't let him sell the Spanish donkey
If we fail to challenge for the tittle or fail to get top four, Itll be because the squad of players arent good enough, not because LVG have no prior PL experience
Mauricio's, if Arsenal hadn't won the FA Cup I'd have said the same. The fact they won that surely should give them confidence that they are no longer the chokejobs people had them as. Even without that they were an improving team, so with Sanchez as well I think they'll do well this season.
One thing is for sure, it should be another tight one.
Jose always finds a way to win big matches, even with a weak squad. Its advantage Chelsea at this point imo. Cesc and Costa will make sure they wont draw/lose many games vs mid table opponents
Sadly this is the first season in a while that I'm fully writing Spurs out of getting into the top 4.
Be honest everton and spurs will not be near top 4 bar liverpool everyone else utd, arsenal have improved.
think the title will go to city again, as long as yaya is still motivated

Thats not strictly true though is sit.
Last season in the title run in, they lost away to Villa, Palace, at home to Sunderland, and drew with Norwich.
That was something like 4 of their last 8 games.
They were big matches he didn't seem to know how to win, which cost them the league title.

Exactly. That's what makes me think he's lost his mojo, as well as doing some strange business in the transfer market.

You talk all day about Liverpool choking, but the fact of the matter is, if Chelsea had managed to beat relegation candidates Norwich and Sunderland at home in their last four games, they would have won the league.

When I said Big matches I was talking about matches against other top 6 teams. Jose's record against other top teams is impeccable last season, It was a pattern throughout his career which wont change next season. This is what gives him an edge over City, Arsenal etc.
Chelsea fail to win against Sunderlands, Aston Villa's and Crystal Palaces because they lack quality up front and in midfield. They addressed that in this transfer window.
Write off Chelsea if you want but I will be quite surprise if they wont win the tittle unless they suffer a disastrous injury crisis.
As for spurs, I think they will improve significantly this season, It may not be good enough to get top four but they will push it all the way till the end imo.
They still have a pretty good squad, players like Lamela and Eriksen dont turn bad over nite, Sherwood was as clueless as Moyes last season. The stark contrast of a the effect a clueless manager and a good manger has on the team is remarkable. Poch is a good manager who knows what he is doing. He will get them performing much better this season

They've only got Costa up front who's going to bother any of the top teams, unless they get another striker they won't score enough imo. Same as I think the g00ns need a proper DM to be talked about for the title.
Mauricio's
Don't get me wrong mate, I think Spurs can still do well and our performances overall may improve. It's just this season more than any looks too competitive for us to make top 4, with out admittedly inferior squad (compared to the other big teams). Wouldn't be surprised if you needed a record amount this season to get top 4.
Luke
Could be that way Spurtle - the gap from the top 6 down was big as ever last season, with Saints getting raided it'll only get wider. Everton surprise package?
Everton will finish outside the top 4 again but be close behind, along with us. The rest of the field are just going to be like lambs to the slaughter to the top teams I imagine.

Pragmatic tactics win titles
I will be suprised if Man utd don't win it. No europe, title winning squad with might Herrera and Luke Shaw added and mata should now have settled in, who knows even Fellaini. Man utd main worry is defence with kids/youngsters but Blackett and co settled in ok, need more experience still.
United were a joke last season with soo many ageing and substandard players. With so many new acquisitions and manager who has no PL experience United will do very very well to get a CL place next season.
