Had Rory to win the Open and won a nice few bob.I would love to see him win the PGA but there's no value in his odds.
I'm going for Bubba @ 33/1. Two time Masters winner, course is suited to big hitters. He'll be pumped up on home soil
Morning gents.
Put down on Rickie as always, Bubba & Schwartzel.
Played well last week did Charl & this set up with larger fairways might just suit his iron approach game.
Threw on a few quid on Dufner (bad decision now especially with his neck & general form).
If I was looking elsewhere Kuchar would seem good value at around 28/1 last time I checked & maybe Patrick Reed on an e/w.
Like you though cant see past Rory here. Just hope if he does make a good start today he doesn't turn it into something of a procession.
Kuchar has pulled out through injury.
Love to see Sergio break his major duck but not sure this course will suit his low ball flight.
Set up perfect for Rory but again no value, I'll go for a non American/European winner.
Just seen that Igor.
Put some money on him a few hours ago!
More worries for the USA ahead of the Ryder Cup.
It will be interesting to see the captains picks for the Americans as well major.
I've a feeling Mcginley may go with Langer.
The Woods-Watson dimension at the Ryder Cup will be interesting, if he holds up this week that is.
I put a few bob on Kuchar a couple of hours ago, now would I be right in saying, if you bet on the day of the event starting (not before or after) that can be refunded?
Non runner= no bet and should be refunded by right.
Yes though as much, cheers. Just not used to a golfer pulling out on the range!
Any way great start for my man Rickie.
Tremendous year, hope he wins one soon.
I think it would be great if Langer got into the side, and whatever you think of the seniors tour, that win at the senior Open was truely astonishing.
I did Rory last week at the WGC, and whilst he was no value this week, I just feel so strongly that he will win that I just went with it anyway. Would love Sergio to win a major, but I think he'll win the Open one day.
I wonder what price Woods was to not make the cut - I see he struggled today.
Cracking bit of humour from Monty there.
35 yard holes!
Poor couple of holes for Rory there.
Although he does well with a couple of birdies - a bit more steel about Rory these days. I see Duffner has dropped out injured also.
That set of holes could be what wins Rory this tournament - double bogey, bogey, then 3 birdies to get back on track. Could be a key moment that we are talking about come Sunday.
Could be. See this being a very close PGA this year though.
We haven't had a play-off this year...
Great response though from Rory.
4 in a row by the looks of it.
Course looks beautiful, should be a good one come Sunday.
Oh dear Bubba.
Never really know what's going to happen next, must be great to follow him.
Heavy rain forecast for friday afternoon, will make it interesting
Nearly 5 in a row there.
The field breathes a sigh of relief (for now)
Monster drive on 17 and 18 well within reach, he's matured beyond his years since he dumped the ex.

No taste in men or football then
Yes a big one by all accounts apparently.
He did her favour on that score!
Ominous that run on the back 9.
