Have been reading the Cuadrado reports on twitter. Do not know a lot about him but if we sign a player like him, it allows us to play 4-3-3 as well.

Saw him a few times for Fiorentina and was very impressive but actually a little disappointing in the World Cup
---------------------------------------
Didn't he have the most assists at the WC? He started off very impressive but against Uruguay and Brazil he looked like he was trying too hard

Would add some much needed pace and flair to the side and he can, by all accounts, operate as a RWB, too.

He played like Gervinho. Wildly inconsistent with no real knowledge of what he wants to do.

Colombian Nani IMO

Why would barca want him?

Why would barca want him?

It's all speculation atm

Alves is meant to be leaving

Is he a right winger?

If he is a winger, we could switch to 433 if we want

--Cuadrado--------Mata-------Januzaj--

Hmm, not bad, not bad at all

I don't mind the possible signing but only if CB and CM are out priority and they are being looked into with this potential fee not hindering them.

I think we are going to sign Vidal. Itll cost around 40m If that transfer goes through. It looks like we are not going spend big on a CB. we will sign someone that can help us get top four and probably sign a top class CB next season

He's basically Nani with a little more consistency (not saying much), and better defensively. I could see him being useful at RWB as he's got plenty of stamina and tracks back well

United in press on MUTV at 3, journos from Express, Mirror and Ogden from Telegraph, should be interesting to we what they say on targets.

Seems far more direct than Nani, or at least Nani of the past 2/3 years.

Tbh there are far better wingers out there who is rather be getting. Even if it meant spending an extra £15-20m to get someone like Di Maria it would be worth it.

Fiorentina’s president Andrea Della Valle met today Juan Cuadrado. He’s holding a press conference to explain the future of the Colombian: “I hope that Cuadrado stays, but I’m afraid tha some offers will arrive next week.”

posted on 8/8/14

So No offers in yet then. Glad as personally I don't see him offering much more Than rafael from RWB and would seem a luxury at £30m plus

“I asked Cuadrado to stay, but I’m not optimist. If some important offers arrive, we’ll have to let him go. We set the deadline to decide about it on August 15th, if the offers we have in mind will arrive, it will be impossible to keep him."

Colombian Nani? No, Thanks.

Hope to Christ we don't sign him.

Only seen him a handful of times, most of it being the WC, but he looks like a right donkey. A mix of Valencia and Gervinho.

Oh good god, that sounds bad

^Don't worry, he isn't.

He had a decent world cup, topping the assist charts even though he went out in the QF, and didn't play too well v Brazil.

However, his incredibly high stamina levels coupled with an attacking intent would be perfect for our 352. Also he impressed for Fiorentina last year. Would love him in our squad.

Hes been played all over the place but hardly ever as a right wing back, he plays best as a leftwinger/forward ,could see him being played on the left of a front 3, mata as the number 10' rooney or rvp as the striker, itll be like the robben role for the netherlands

Im sure we want him lvg has made comments about lack of pace and width in the team, but his comments about making a 'decisive move' in his career has barca written all over it
