Theyve obly got like 5 starters on
Are Arsenal going to do anything in Europe this season or are they there just to make up the numbers as usual?
Saying that we had 5 vs uniteds strongest team and messed them about in the first half

Hopefully Reus is watching
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am sorry but Liverpool has no chance on him as Arsenal wont have any chance on him as well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why not?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Heavy competition from all over the world for his signing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Like who? Real have already spent a fortune and have Ronaldo and Bale in Reus' position, with more players already bought in. Barcelona have just signed Suarez, have a transfer ban pending and have Messi and Neymar also, in Reus' position. I doubt he'd go to Bayern. Why wouldn't he sign for the second best team in England who are looking to improve on that?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Chelsea, City... You cant exclude Real because the buy him even if they dont need them. Barca...dont know with the transfer ban. Lets wait and see. And yes Bayern surely is in the mix too. You cant exclude them even if Reus denied to go there once.

i think somone said last season that without suarez we play more of a complete team opposed to two maverics up front. can really see that today
Friendly or not, seeing Liverpool score 3+ goals at Anfield against a big team like Dortmund is exactly what your fans need to see before we kick off next wknd.
Think you can score 80-85 goals this season. So if your defence improves, every chance you won't be as far off the pace as others think. Although I still expect to see a few bad/unexpected results for you as players take time to settle.
Two most exciting teams in Europe last year were yourselves and Atletico. Both have lost the star man this yr, but think the respective managers can keep a similar level of performance up for the most part.
Just don't bash us 5-1 again in December and I'll keep the peace

If we had Coates, Toure, Jones, Kelly and Lambert on I'd still be very pi ssed off losing 4-0 to Dortmund.

Nah. Can't see them wanting him this season, for the reasons I gave.
City can't sign him due to FFP.
Chelsea could be an option but it certainly doesn't mean we'd have no chance.
People saying Dortmund only have 5 starters on, you don't have a clue who will start their first games for them, same with Liverpool 5 players on today could miss out vs Southampton quite easily.

They do only have about five starters and the players missing would start their first game if fit.
