Utd are in a mess

This will be a great signing if they can get the best out of him, which I think they will, they love a broken personality in Liverpool.

Unfortunately for us I think this really dents our chances of Top 4.

unless we sign 2/3 players before the window closes but why i have a feeling we will sign just 1 player no none

The bare minimum that we need to sign is a top class CM so that Fletcher and Carrick when fit, are not first choice starters.

What I do expect is to see a flurry of players leaving, as the deadline looms next week.

If we make any signings now they'll probably be on deadline day.

I'd love to see us sign a top player but I really don't hold any hope. Usually the media pick up on potential transfers (not always), but I can't remember the last time we signed a player we weren't linked to for some time.

I was trying to figure out if you had any brain cells that function, with regards to why we are paying Nani's wages still. If you think about it, it really isn't hard, to understand why.

So far you haven't given me any hope.

You do know that players can still be sold if they are injured?

We bought RVN while he had a knee injury. Rooney as injured when we bought him.

those players are goal scoring machine

what players do you see us selling. personally i feel no player is leaving untill we dont get new players

When a player is loaned out it is normal for the patent club to pay a percentage of their wage and whilst I understand you wanted to do a deal to pay all of his wages for me is bad business

I thought Ruud had recovered form his knee injury?

We waited a year because his knee buckled in our first fitness test.

Why is it good business? And i'm open minded on it.

Because Nani is being paid to play for another club. You have bought a player who I don't know anything about other than he has a p!ss poor attitude refusing to play for his club, I understand he wanted to move but he is paid very good money and should be ashamed of himself. Fingers crossed he is poor for you lot and you pay other clubs for players to play for them

BB

You are right, for some resaon I thought we had paid the fee up front.

.................

1. It was obvious to me that it was integral in getting the Rojo deal pushed through ASAP.

2. To anyone with half a brain, it means that we got Rojo for that amount of money less.

3. It means that Nani is not sat at OT doing nothing. It means he is playing football.

4. At present we couldn't sell Nani for a box of chocolates. If his loan is successful we might get a decent return on him or may come back as the player he was four years or so ago, and be of use to us. At worst we will be where we are now.

I see it as a win win situation for all involved. We have got the player we wanted, and we have got rid of someone who isn't going to play.

Very little it would appear.

Nani could play great and then be sold for £20m = good business.

Nani could continue to be crap and loaned out again next season = bad business.

Time will tell

Not really, because if he is crap it means he won't be playing for us.

Personnaly I think Nani need a permanent move. On his day he is one of the few in our squad that can turn a match.

Sadly he very rarely has one of those days.

A name change to Rectal Jouster may be more appropriate, one suspects.
