Mancini isnt a man manager like rodgers

If lfc register balo by Friday noon then he IS eligible to play vs city on Monday, hope that gets done

According to pirlo his international and milan teammate balotelli has matured and is a different character to the one city had, its been 3yrs (?), hes 24 now so should of matured.

Glasgow Rangers fan here thinks that super mario would be an amazing signing and a bargain at the reported 16 million.

why spurs, chelsea, Utd, Arsenal, Dortmund and A .madrid aren't snuffing beggars belief.

You realise Pirlo currently plays for Juventus right?

I wouldn't say he has 'chosen' you. I think it is more that he Milan have got fed up with him and no one else is prepared to take a risk with him.

No, theyre skint

From the stories I can remember of his time with city, off the pitch most of the stories seemed to be him doing stuff because he was bored.

Hell is I was a 20yo millionaire that had time on his hands I might let off some fireworks and give out some cash.

He seems like a Chris Ewbank character, a bit eccentric but not a bad man.

Seems like he doesn't train to well but hopefully that can be sorted.

Will probably get a red card here or there, but will score I'm sure.

So why have no other clubs come rushing in for this bargain deal then?

I think he's been more consistent for Milan than he has been for any club in his career so far.

His record for them is impressive - all the more impressive considering what an awful rabble they are these days.

Nonsense argument. Alan Pardew used to pick pub footballers over Javier Mascherano, and look at the strikers Chelsea had to field whilst Daniel Sturridge scored goals for fun at Liverpool when Chelsea sold him for buttons.

I doubt you'll find a single Liverpool fan worried about the lack of anyone else going for him.

I don’t know which moment Melton is referring to in the earlier post but I still wear my “Why always me” T shirt with affection.

Mario will always attract negative publicity from the UK media, who thrive on it, most of it made up , yet some fans choose to believe it.

Mario pulled us out of the fire many times. Man of the Match in the Cup Final, (although it should have been NDJ). It was his header that was saved, leading to Edin’s equaliser and it was he that set up Aguerrooo. I prefer to remember those things rather than the negative

At the Audi Cup at the start of last season, we got chatting with some Milan fans (maybe the red and black shirts helped). They asked about Mario. We said that you never knew from one minute to the next what you were going to get, the trouble is, neither did he. I would think they were happy with 30+ goals in 50+ games.

I have had a feeling since he left, that he would come back to haunt us, he has done it to England twice already.

He is one of those players that I consider myself fortunate to have seen play for us, just like Dzeko, Negredo and Kolorov who all seem to get unwarranted criticism from some of our fans for being lazy and disinterested at times. Have they forgotten the absolute dross that we had the misfortune to watch for so many years.

It's stipulated in the contract that they will defend any of his actions (murderous or otherwise) to the best of their ability/t-shirt designer

Aw, bless, some people are getting upset....

Go and "sing what you want", Galv, it's only a player-signing.

Galv
What do you mean by 'here we go again'? The last time you were being a cant. When your cantiness was pointed out you started calling people precious. I thought this was made very clear but yet here you are. Whats with the victim mentality?

Probably the most frustrating player to have in your side, nice bloke but he has the lazy attitude of Berbatov without the skill or goals.

Smells a bit like a gamble panic signing as Liverpool we struggling to attract the best players.

Good luck to him tho.
