you dont think lvg is aware of what needs strenghtening. The order of positional signings is no indicator of where they fall prioity wise.

Di Maria was better than Bale last season and would easily be the best player in the league even before kicking a ball.

Even if he flops though, this type of signing will motivate the rest of the team. I bet even Cleverley improves as a result of this inspirational signing
