This. Assuming we're looking at backup strikers I'd rather stick with Kane and Soldado. We could wait till January for Benteke.

I'd love Bony for Soldado, but with the ACON this February and both Ade & Bony going, it would be no use to us being left with the promising Kane left. Maybe one for the summer

welbeck is not a pure striker, more a utility forward (for now), and although he isn't great, he has most of the tools in his locker to be a very very dangerous attacker.

I'd want Welbeck, would be a quality player for us.

Sturridge is just another D.Bent.

I said from the start they'd got a good deal with Sturridge - he looked quality at Bolton and we probably would've been in for him if it weren't for AVB sticking him out wide.

Not sure what he's got to do with the headless chicken Welbeck.. there's got to be better out there.
