I do not know the delicate little intricacies involved my good man. I did not negotiate the agreements or know the complete background.

Probably Di Maria got wind of the James Rodriguez signing and wanted to leave or we offered him big money and he wanted to leave. Players leave for a variety of reasons.

That is perhaps a discussion you can take up with Angel when he arrives

I agree but now we have multiple sources reporting the transfer and the new contract supersedes the MOU. He should be fine, was not a wise decision especially after the Moyes fiasco

As far as I can recall you have only made this claim today. If you can show where you specifically mentioned di Maria weeks ago then maybe I'd have a bit more belief in your claims.

I'd be apologising and helping him with his job search rather than crowing on here.
