Biggest Clubs in England ?

None of the East Midland clubs can really class themselves as being a "big club" in recent years. I know some of ours do on the basis of achievements, but after a number of years away from the top it diminishes somewhat.

For Derby fans everything seems to circle around attendances and ignoring costs, freebies, discounts etc.

Why slip the 'in recent years' bit into the discussion. History does not begin or end at a convenient date to suit arguments.

I'm being realistic and time is relevant in these discussion as these things are relative with current football fans. If they are not then maybe need to be considering a few clubs that are considered small

I think you have to consider the time since teams have been successful. If we're talking about the entire history of each club then there will be clubs like Huddersfield who need to be considered.

What?? Is this thread some kind of f.*king joke??

Its clear Leicester should at least be between Everton and Tottenham, if not closing in on Chelsea. We've won 3 league cup FFS...

To be honest, Blackstarr, I think Leicester would be just outside the top ten along with Forest.

No Will, they would be a long way from the top 10!

Forest around 12th/13th. Derby somewhere between 15th -20th. Leicester somewhere between 20th - 25th.

Probably about righ Omar but does depend on the criteria. Not sure Leicester come close to us on anything though. Except being a Prem side right now so fair play to them!

If I was putting together the most marketable clubs for a closed prem league, Leicester would miss out.
