Hopefully they start Jones at rb, stones could do with the game at centre half to get some confidence in time for are next game.
Could be Jones at RB and Stones at CB
Similarly with Ox and Sterling it could be one on the wing and one at no 10. Unless its a 442 then both will be on the wings
Rooney is playing, so odds are they'll be in wide positions. Can't see the new skipper being happy to be shunted out of his favoured (and best) position.
I'd rather our players weren't selected to be honest. If Stones has a mare playing at RB,the knifes will be out, even tho it's not his favourite position.
Had a good game, got up in support when needed and looked classy in possession as always. Would have liked to see him have a half at CB
Yet that knöb RAP reckons he was crap.
Had a pretty average game to be honest, commentators were raving about him putting in some overhit crosses. Don't see what the fuss is with him, being honest.
That's because your bitterness blinds you Neo.Sterling was good, but the other two Liverpool players were average at best.
That s the thing here, I am just happy for a lad making his full debut for England - out of position and not loking out of place.
I could be critical of others poor showing, but I prefer to focus on how well Stones played<ok.

Don't worry RAP,Flanagan might get another cap once Stones moves to centre half. How crap was Henderson?
Easy with the potty mouth gents.
======
He was shít. Conceded foul after foul and over hit every pass. Literally did nothing positive.

Hey, don't bring your feelings on Henderson into this Rap
Or barn door Sturridge
John Stones is not a natural RB, he doesn't have the blistering pace or the confidence to take defenders on.
He'll be a great ball playing CB in the future though.
Not sure why RH played him out there.
Can see him partnering Chambers eventually.

Your boy had a poor game. Happens sometimes when a player is expected to make such a huge step up in class at such a young age.
Not many (if any)share your opinion.

I don't want to compare him to others, commentators, press, pundits and England managers at different age levels have placed their trust in him and have not been let down.
Rap is just wumming,he know Stones had a cracking game.

Will see come Monday I guess.
Stones was crap against Norway and is just a crap player in general. He can't even get into a defence that has decided 10 goals in 3 matches.

Then people would know that he is dire
Exactly, then we would hear the usual rubbish about Sturridge instead. I suppose that is the upside to selling Welbeck as well. Once Rooney retires United players can no longer be blamed for Englands inept attack, we can blame Arsenal and Liverpool players instead
