1 Falcao to Man U: £6M loan payment and £350K a week ? Very expensive for a 1 year loan deal. That’s £25M for just 1 year. Even Man C and Real both rejected this. Brilliant Player though
--------------------------

From everything that I have read, these figures are inaccurate. First of all I don't believe he is on 350k at Monaco. Secondly we aren't paying his full wage. Apparently we are paying him 140k per week and Monaco are paying the rest - which is crazy to me.

Loic Remy to Chelsea, a failed medical at Liverpool one minute, and Chelsea sign him the next

Liverpool buying Balotelli is actually the highest profile deal in their history so it should be number 1

TV to Barca - we are so short on defenders, and he is very ordinary. strange on for me on a few levels.

Richards to Fiorentina - Its great to see a young English player having the balls to move abroad instead of taking the easy option and another (lower) PL team. I hope it works out for him

other way around - he is on 450,000 Euros a week and Monaco are paying around 150,000 a week.

the total loan will cost between £20-£25m

1. ManU are desperate to regain their place in the top 4
2. Meh. A good fit, could well work out well
3. Don't really know enough about either of them
4. Good place for Cesc, bit weird given the history, but it's obvisouly working out well for both
5. Good luck to him, it's a lot like RvPs departure - he's given an awful lot at Arsenal and wants another big move before his time is up - and he has more chance of winning the league. Albeit from the bench.
6. Good on Hull, for whatever reason the player seems really happy to be there. Great signing for them.
7. Barcelona can do pretty much what they want - this summer proves that, something else will happen should they need any more players.
8. This one really is odd. Hernandez is a really good player on his day - but as you say, Real can sign pretty much anyone, so why him? Odd.
9. Big risk that could pay off handsomely - Rodgers had to sign a name to placate the fans. May have pulled it off.
10. Silly money - great player. See point 1.

Why is ADM figure so shocking

Top assister in CL winning team

Man of match in CL final

Widely regarded as one of finest wingers of a generation?

Who the shock?

Torres cost $50m and he was past it then

What about Gaston Rameires going to Hull, all the big teams were linked with him at one time.

For me Ross McCormack was mental even though it wasn't a Prem transfer. £11m? Really?

Lukaku for £28m surprised me

Just done a little digging and according to the Guardian United are paying 190k per week, with Monaco paying the other half of his wage. That would put his weekly wage at Monaco at 380k, which more or less equates to your figure of 450k euros.

That puts the total cost of the loan at 16m.

Ben Arfa came back from the summer, overweight and they're trying to save money.

Selling him, has saved them £2m a year in wages.

Di Maria is not as good a Utd fans are making out- dont get me wrong hes a great player but you have indeed overpaid. IMO he is too light weight for the prem and may suffer on the defensive side of things

We also overpaid for Torres but he was proven in the prem so that would go some way towards justifying it- sort of.

David Luis for 50 mil is more shocking then anything on that list.

Ozil (regardless how is playing now) cost £43M. He was (is?) the best No 10 in the world. If you look at this amount and compare ADM is well over priced.

You see Sanchez for £35M and Suarez (regardless of his attitude) was only £10M more and is a far better player......

If you look at it like that, then you should look at all transfers in the same way. How much will Costa, Fabregas and Torres cost Chelsea, transfer fee and wages included??

Which happens to be almost exactly 20m Euros - a lot of crossed wire on numbers/denominations here, as usual.
