Its good that Liverpool and Arsenal fans are concerned about the financial welfare of Man Utd.
At least the ability and competence of the striker himself is never called into question. i think some people are getting hot under the collar.
It would appear that some wish to use the fact that Falcao cost a lot of money as a means to criticise.
When his record and ability are taken into consideration IMO Falcao is a great signing that any club in the world would jump at had they the resource to do so.
Will be great to see him in the PL (except when he plays us).

turned us down lol, you mean we wouldnt pay a massive loan fee

6m for one of the best strikers in the world is not massive.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
£30m over 5 seasons, I'd argue it's cheap.
Who cares. What will matter is who is at the top of the table come May and who is in positions 2, 3 and 4.
Quite frankly if we aren't in the CL Falcao will probably reject the permanent offer.
Let's wait until May before we take or nobs out.
Paying well over the odds and then losing your identity

Oh boohoo we've lost our identity. What is that exactly? Field youngsters that aren't good enough rather than sign world class players? If that is our so-called identity then I'm glad to be rid of it.
LVG will steady the ship with proven quality and then bring through youngsters who he thinks are good enough.

To be fair, up until very recently, United fans almost to a man bragged about the club's record with youngsters and sneered at City & Chelsea for blowing wads on established players.

Unless you have interviewed around 600m United fans then you can't really comment on what they all "to a man" have said.
