Not if he signed Chiriches its not
Why do you want Baldini sacked?
What has Baldini done to keep his job?
We failed on Musacchio and Schneiderlin, we failed on bringing a striker in..

So there's nothing to say he should keep his job at all.
I just dont agree with the DOF system full stop whether its baldini or somebody else
he should keep his job because as things stand chadli and eriksen are good signings, lamela is heading that way too, and the jury is out on the others
so when you guys make a mistake at work tomorrow, should you be sacked?
i won't even get into the fact that neither of you have absolutely any idea what baldini does and doesn't do and what his role is and isn't, and furthermore you are ignoring the fact that we have a transfer committee of which he is a member.
spurs fans really are comedy sometimes. i like being one, its never dull

no surprises there, you are stuck in the 60s grandspurs
several successful european clubs have that model in place, so why can it not work at spurs.
it wouldn't work with a dinosaur like redknapp about but poch is a new school manager.

thats why its daft of spurs fans to sit here and say he should be sacked, when they have absolutely no idea of what he does day to day.
---
And just as daft for anyone to say he should stay.. we don't know what he does. The transfer window was ok but we missed prime targets and left it too late to get a striker.
bales. the default position of an employer is not to sack at employee though.. thats where your argument is so ridiculous.
once you have a job, you need to actually do something wrong/bad enough to be sacked.
so you have no idea what he does, but are saying sack him..
whereas i have no idea what he does (as i am not privy to that info), but i am saying that he should only be sacked if he has done something that is worth sacking, which he clearly hasn't, as he still has a job
Who says Baldini failed to bring a striker in, nobody knows if the club were even seeking one, maybe Poch and the transfer committee decided that our current crop of strikers was enough.
Blaming Baldini is ridiculous, would you rather we massively over paid for Musachio and Schneiderlien, because that is what it would have taken to get them.
The transfer window was ok but we missed prime targets and left it too late to get a striker.

yeah because deals couldn't be done for our prime targets. we cant just buy someone… you do realise that people have to sell them too…
its like you blaming abromivich for chelsea not buying modric, its a ridiculous argument. chelsea didnt buy modric because we refused to sell him.
we didnt buy MS because southampton refused to sell him. its frustrating but thats life.
unless you are real madrid or barcelona, and maybe bayern munich, you are simply not gonna be able to buy whoever you want to.
I'm saying employing someone that apparently has no job to do is the definition of redundancy.
I understand why we needed him to quickly rebuild the squad after Bale left but now we need the odd sensible addition, preferably chosen by the manager to finish the squad off.
Your argument is just as ridiculous, if not more, because you're advocating keeping someone although we could do better in his area of expertise.
At the end of the day a DOF is ideal for clubs that a. change manager regularly and b. have loads of money to spend. Hopefully we won't, and we definitely don't.. so yes, I question his ability to sign the players we need, and the usefulness of his position.
bales. for the last time, you have NO idea what baldini's remit is, therefore how can you possible know whether he is or is not doing his job as specified by Levy? you simply have no idea, but are saying sack him.
i am sure you will agree that levy is a ruthless and serious business man…. do you think baldini would still be about if he wasn't doing his job to an acceptable standard in the eyes of his employer?
not a chance.
Billy
Unless you can fill me in on what he's done for us exactly defending him is just as ridiculous. We've got scouts, a manager, and Levy in charge of the money.
Chronic
You have no idea either, how can you defend that?

Levy is not infallible, as we all know.
