0-3 away to Spurs seems to count for little, the same Spurs side being talked up with Poch.
Played a diamond with Studge and Mario and were very good.
Not been too impressive with Studge out playing 433 but when we play our best formation with our best players we go to Spurs and win by 3, funny that
----------------------------------------------------------------------
it counted til you lost badly to city. revealing a mental weakness from the damaging events of last season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We lost to City before the Spurs game, try harder lad, we also had no Mario for the City game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
my bad, how would mario have helped you though? doubt he would have held it together against city
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You doubting anything doesn't make it so, in fact due to the fact that you try to be clever but use infactuqal information when doing so makes it more obvious that anytjng you think is pretty useless in the grand scheme of things.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
fine i know he wouldnt have held it together based on his rap sheet and personality. just because he has been at Pool for a few weeks with david brent doesnt mean he is suddenly reformed
----------------------------------------------------------------------
so you know Mario well and know for sure he wouldn't have held it together? And you laugh before you say this?
So when had Mario "not held it together" against an old club? As you know his rap sheet so well?
Desperate stuff lad, trying to say it's fact someone you don't know will do something.
anything else I can show you up about?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
the very logical fallacy you believe i have made you made first when you suggested that mario would have changed the outcome of the city game. i was countering your hypothetical point and then you attacked me for being hypothetical.
fool
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fool eh? So the fact that Mario came into the team in our next game and we won 3 nil away to Spurs means nothing?
And you call me a fool.
I've you spinning in circles here lad, clearly Mario made a difference for us when he played v Spurs and we won 3 nil, he didn't play v City and we lost. Are you seriously going to try tell me that Mario playing beside Studge, in a diamond (our best formation) didn't make a difference?
But no of course your right with your excellent logic and obvious intelligence.
Not read all the replies but the OP thinks Lamela will "explode" as a striker.
That is all.

Have to agree with the op. Liverpool will not make top 4.
With no Suarez to sell next year and money going out on the stadium it will be a true test as to where their owners are really in it for profit or not.

And let's be honest here, united had the easiest start to a prem season I have ever seen for a big side. If they're not top 4 by the end of October, it will be a shocking start for them. If Leicester get something at the weekend, and I personally think they will, they'd have dropped points to Swansea, burnley, Leicester and Sunderland, none of whom will finish top half
------------------------------------
Swansea definitely will.
But regardless, I'm completely confident we'll finish top 4. Literally no doubt in my mind. Bookmark this if you want

Kit deal trophy
............
Not at all nit wit Neo, kit deal millions.
Vidic I think you'll find united finances are of little concern to us, we've had united have more money then us for two decades now it's nothing new.
United will buy players we probably can't, by paying massive wages to them which we can't afford, this is clearly evident in the amount of money you're paying falcao and adm which is a great thing to do of you can afford it which you can so no qualms there. Self made money being reinvested on the pitch is a good thing.
What's funny is how many people are queuing up to tell us how adamant they are we have no chance of top four. These same people said we didn't have a chance last year let alone a hope of getting in the top 4.
The consistent improvement in lfc under Brendan Rodgers is there for all to see, loosing Suarez was a big blow no hiding from that, it's hard when you loose the best player in the pl since Ronaldo. But for us reds it's not the end of the world as we've confidence in our manager who's already proved so many people wrong and will continue to.
We will drop points this season, especially in the next few months, we will have new players play terribly in this period but what gives me confidence is how I've seen first hand how Brendan's teams improve dramatically as the season progresses and how Brendan has drastically improved so many players in the squad. All this give me, and my fellow reds, the belief that while we may not be as good a side as last season we will still be a very competitive one.
Be honest Vidic. Your team sucks.
...................
It did last year, that is for sure.
Di Maria, Falcao, Rojo and Blind will see that form improving.
Cesc
You don't know what a joy it is to see a line up without Fletcher and Young in it.
What's funny is how many people are queuing up to tell us how adamant they are we have no chance of top four.
................
Get over it. You really shouldn't take articles like this one seriously. I haven't. Although the OP makes some very valid points that are hard to argue.
That's true vidic but they need to hit form ASAP which adm seems to have and blind too.
This season could be the first season all the top 4 break the 80 point mark. Arsenal got 79 last season. To do this you need to take almost maximum points from the bottom 10 teams that 60 points on offer will be a massive part of getting the required points total.
This is where I think united will be very strong as top 4 contenders as the quality you have up top will newly be enough to beat the bottom ten side home and away.
The difference maker for us, you and arsenal will be the games v the top 8 sides. Next few months will go along way to showing how prepared we all are for these games.
City beat us at home and got a point at arsenal. We beat a top 4 rival on spurs away from home, united are yet to play a good side so we have to see how the lackluster defense copes when facing a decent attack.
Adding only rojo to the defense does not scream improvement, blind will help shield of course so interesting few months ahead.
He doesn't really vidic and I'm hardly raging here. His opinion is based on nothing really, Sturridge is a sick note for example go look at how many games he's played for us since he joined and that can be put to bed.
He makes assumptions about mario that hold very little credence. He writes off players who have barley played for us, his opinion based on nothing.
So no he doesn't make points that can't be argued with in fact every point he makes can easily be argued.
You telling me to get over it suggests you seem a bit vexed when logical points are put across ergo you're worried about us but of course will never admit it.
