There should be no rotation full stop when the team is showing no consistent performances. The team needs consistency which means Poch should be picking full strength against Brighton, and then keeping the same side against Villa. The constant changes are what are killing the team. I doubt the players even know whether they are coming or going, let alone the supporters. Very poor management from Poch. Frankly he looked lost sitting on the touchline today. Didn`t seem to know what to do.

well Dier needs a break to begin with.

sandy you cannot just play players that are out of form because you want consistency in selection. that is a retaaaarded.

struggling players should be replaced with players who are in better form/fresher.

its obvious

You need to sack pork. As you have told us Rodgers is currently getting found out but still doing better. Bring back AVB (who was supposedly far better than Rodgers)

I feel for Dier. He isn't a right back, technically looks good but is knackered at the moment and unsurprisingly getting exposed.

Chronic what has happened is we have spent a summer buying a bunch of 2nd rate players that have not improved our team whatsoever. You wonder why we are struggling? All our players we have bought can't even Break the 1st team it's pathetic. Dier is not a right back but plays out of position there and looks awful there. I would happily rid of Kaboul for Dier at centre back.

Dier was nowhere near the worse defender on show today. If you drop Dier, you may as well drop pretty well anybody else on the pitch today, bar Lloris. But whatever Poch does, he needs to pick a team, and stick with it.

you don't have to drop dier, you just need to not play him right back.

but he needs a rest anyway - he looks shattered.

i wouldn't mind trying a pure 4 - 3 - 3 either.

this 4 2 3 1 isn't working at all.

Everyone does realise the 2nd goal was vertonghen fault?

One player in the box and he marks no one

Hengy - vertonghen's gone in January

----
i hope so. and he can take whoever else doesn't want to play for spurs along with him.

faack them all off, and buy some players with some heart.

Vertonghen was at fault for nearly all the defensive faults today Don All he wants is the ball to attack doesn't give a shirt about defending

Happily get rid of all out CBs tbh

don is blinded by vertonghen. not sure why.

i mean kaboul was a car crash today too. but vertonghen was just as bad.

both shocking.

the reason why vertonghen situation is worse though, is because vertonghen has the ability to be very good, kaboul doesn't.

vertonghen is wasting his talent and stealing his wages.

Chronic he's also blinded by Lamela too

Shocking all game yet I bet he says he made 1 good pass

Didnt i just say Vertonghen was at fault for the goal he still has to work with awful players beside him in Rose and Kaboul. Amazing how spurs fans thought we might improve when we have the same pathetic defence as last season. Put Vertonhen with a decent partner and you will see a completely different player. Put him with donkeys like Kaboul, Rose and even Naughton it's no wonder why he struggles
