Agreed as we can see how Ricciardo thrashed him this season
You do know I'm joking, right MUDD?
Course mate, the car was phenomenal. It would be facetious to suggest otherwise
Y'know, the more I think about it the more I realise...
Hamilton has had a bigger car advantage this year than both Button and Vettel in any of their championship seasons.
Yet nobody is using this to try and devalue Hamilton's triumph like they did JB or Seb.
I'm not trying to start anything. It's just kind of interesting.

Absolutely.
One of the reasons why I love F1 is because it's just as much a team sport as it is an individual sport.
Mercedes deserve just as much praise for building such an impressive car as Lewis does for driving it so well.
Think the difference is sebs teammate wasnt on the same level. Nico very mich is.
11-5 says it all tho
People are nfair to JB, his car was not the fastest on the grid the whole season.
I personally think the redbulls were as dominant, they just had mediocre drivers.
People forget JB won races at Honda too. No slouch
The Mercedes package was superior to everything else but you have to give credit to Daniel Ricciardo and Fernando Alonso for challenging them.
I hope they equalise the power units next year.
At least Lewis Hamilton had a team mate that posed a serious threat.

interesting point T/A ironically the sky team think it is the most dominant car the sport has ever seen and certainly it is the most dominant car i have ever seen since the early 80s -
---------- with the unique layout of the engine and the associated gubbins it has allowed aldo costa and his design team to design the most aerodynamic efficient package around it to create an unbeatable package on every circuit -
not sure if F1 will ever see this kind of dominant package ever again but hats must be doffed to mercedes who did a magnificent job to give there drivers such an unbeatable advantage --
suzi perry commented on lewis having an "intelligent race"......do you agree?
Some "experts" on here said this title would be won by intelligent drivers.
Wonder whether those views are still accurate

not sure as i watched the race on sky ,
on a lighter not not sure if i could take the little F1 dolly"s seriously when they try and talk about formula 1-
think the little dollies on the F1 shows are a good thing from the eye candy perspective but that is about the only respect i can give them --

shame none of the really intelligent drivers had the benefit of the massive dominance of the merc
but you've been saying all season that rosberg was the more "intelligent" driver of the two.
that would mean, according to you, that he would be the most intelligent driver, in the most dominant car ever and would therefore be world champ

he probably is more intelligent than hamilton but when the drivers are given the level of in car nursemaiding that the merc drivers have received this year it negates alot of the driver input that may have been left up to the drivers themselves --
you're wavering....you've gone from "more intelligent" to "probably"??
you arguments are not logical or thought out
The level of nursemaiding that has been banned for how long?
Nico also got more nurse maiding as well. Oh the bitterness is so sweet.
I just wonder whether Hamilton's intelligence is high downforce or low downforce
