deserves a sack.
Sacrifice 4th and CL, to just get rid of him, I would!!, spend the rest of the season negotiating with Klopp or Simeone.
How do you know whether it will lead to worse problems?
If we can attain a suitable replacement I would do it now also.
Fack waiting for the summer

Brendan Rodgers will be available soon. He'd be a perfect match for you lot
If he was sacked now, we would have to have an interim in a similar style to Milan had with Seedorf. None of our managerial targets would leave now. Wenger should lead us out til the end, but if he didn't, Bould should be left to it.

And get who in immediately?? I dont think klopp or simeone would leave their respective clubs at the start of the season! Same for most cl or pl managers!! If we sacked wenger the chances are we would have bould in till the end of the year, and then depending on how other seasons have gone we might get someone in. But cant imagine we would be any better for the rest of the season than with wenger
All good saying 'sack him now, get the new man in...', but have you considered the best replacement is not available in November?

And how long would he last at Madrid?
Ronaldo would probably be playing in a dm position. Kroos at centre back
He wouldn't last a season
In response to everyone who's said we should wait until the end of the season, I can bet that in summer the mantra will be 'it's the transfer window, let Wenger spend now he has the chance, see what he can do, why sack him now?'
And fúck this BS about managers not being available, football management isn't some massive shop window where available managers are priced like in an argos catalog
We're Arsenal football club, can offer £8m a year to a manager, a world class stadium, and champions league football (well, this season anyway but some of you would rather wait until summer when we might not even have that!). We can attract almost any manager in the world.
Every manager is available when you dangle £8M a year
When we hired Wenger, was anyone 'available' ? He was branded 'Arsene Who' ffs, you wouldn't have had this argument further back in history, 'Don't sack Bruce Rioch even though he's doing crap, who the hell is available???'. Yet Wenger managed to transform this club. We can attract the next great manager, we are more than capable of this.

Arsene wasnt available when we wanted him and we had to wait until mid September to get him
If we didn't get top 4 would a big manager want to come to us? Would the board pay a top manager if there was no CL, would they give that manager much funds? If we sacked wenger now, missed out on top 4 and couldn't get a top manager. All the fans would say we should have kept wenger to get us top 4, something which he's proved he always does at least.
But obviously there's no guarantee that wenger will get top 4. Just like there's no guarantee a new manager would achieve that. So the argument is, is it better to take the safer proven option of wenger to get top 4, or risk a new one, who at best will achieve the same thing. But could always go badly wrong. You've got to look at whats best for this season. It's clear wenger is not the solution for any further than this season. But is he best for this season?
It's a hard decsion. I would get rid if we could get a top manager now who can make an instant impact. If we do get rid this season, this is the time to do it.
Anyway pointless talking about it because the board won't have the balls to sack him! Haha.
Sack him now and get who? Who would leave their club to join Arsenal mid-season? I'll tell you, nobody worth their salt.
Depends on if Kroenke is scared yet that we will miss out on the Champions League. If he is then he's gotta pay off Wenger then pay compensation to get a replacement. It will be expensive but there doesn't seem any other alternatives.
DJ without sitting on fence. Would you replace wenger in the summer?

United made the wrong choice. Doesn't mean we would. You could literally use this stupid argument for every single club in the world.
"Oh Sunderland, don't sack Paolo Di Canio, what if the new guy you get is even worse than him. Better the devil you know! Ho Ho! No point trying to find someone else, they might be worse!"
"Arsenal! Why are you trying to sign Alexis Sanchez? He might be crap! No, best to stick with what you know, play Sanogo up front instead "
And why do people people assume the next manager would get anywhere near £8m a year?
