Martial tho, its you again, its u who is at the centre of it.

Why? Genuine question, why do u think this is.

I want to debate with u. I really do. Bit ur impossible to debate with. Actually.impossible. Its not because ur always right or because ur always wrong. The basis of ur opinions is absolute rubbish. U then actually say out loud that u dont back up every single syllable with facts. Jus to take the ambiguity out, its impossiboe to prove every syllable, syllables cant be proved, but a basis of an opinion can, it can with carefully selected stats and observation.

Come up with an article.martial, and state ur opinion and what facts support it. If ur facts/opinion are credible, i am absolutely sure the article wont end up a farce.

I work in the Oil and Gas industry, including internships and placements this is my 13th year in it.

For one so young, I have achieved a lot and have an impressive portfolio of assets and people and I am very proud of it.

I look to hire intelligent and brilliant people (there is a difference). My team is very good at what it does because we combine brilliance and intelligence. You would not be employed in the company I work forr because you do not possess those character traits. We also use dangerous words like "facts" and this is gleaned from years and years of hard work.

I am not sure what my job has to do with your inability to make an informed statement on this forum though.
