maybe they ran out of teacakes?

If McCoist was there they probably spent the best part of the day discussing which was the most appropriate biscuit to have at the meeting, and if a teacake was in fact a biscuit or a cake.
These are the big decisions that the SFA have to make.

Terrified in case they are accused of treating Rangers as a new club.

source just told me it was delayed as one of committee members got lost coming back from the toilet.
I'm not exactly sure what the arguments are that are being put forward but I'd assume it has something to do with who technically owned the contract of Telfer and whether it was the club (Rangers) or the company who owns the club (Sevco). United will probably be arguing that it's Sevco and in that case they've only owned his contract for 2 years after he TUPE'd over and thus are only due £60k. Rangers of course will be arguing they've had him for 6 years and United are due £200k.
The SFA will no doubt award Rangers £3m.

hahahahahahaha Stevie
Found in favour of Rangers
Ivan would be beeling if this was Celtic
Hearing United have been ordered to pay the full compo, not confirmed tho
Basically the "independent tribunal" has refused to announce what the figure is.
I suspect United will announce it in their statement this afternoon since we're not shitebags.
These guys have families and must be terrified of making a decision that might imply that they treated Rangers as a new club. You can't blame them.
