Do you think they are going to pass up the opportunity to make 15 good fights for 1 great one? No.
Why sever a profitable relationship for Floyd, who doesn't have any obligation to use GB promotions and is with Al Haymon now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wrong again. Most of the fighters under GB are with al haymon as well
-----------------------------
Floyd isn't under contract with GB now, but can use them to promote a fight i.e. Maidana 2. So, if he wants a May 2nd fight he can promote it through his own company and that puts Arum in the situation where he dumps Oscar and breaks that relationship again. To the detriment of the sport.
All works very well in Mayweather's favour. He's trying to fack over two guys he hates, but if Arum doesn't go for it then it's his fault that the Pac fight isn't happening, so it takes the heat off Floyd. Also, Roach is double booked if it does happen, can't train 2 fighters at once.

This is the problem with floyd haters.
He says nothing=He is ducking manny
He says he wants the fight=He is ducking manny the fight won't happen.
You cannot win.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He is ducking, that is the point. Or do you believe all his ridiculous excuses throughout the years?
All Haymon is a clever guy, Floyd is just his puppet
Whilst I blame the pair of them for this fight not happening years ago.
At this point in time it all looks like Mayweathers blowing smoke to feck everyone over once again.
Manny might have dropped a step or 2 but he brings a lot more to the table and make no mistake he'll be adding a lot of money to the pot, therefore a 60/40 split in Floyd's favour is okay, but anything less and I'd say no too.
Floyd is making himself look like the ducker at the moment.

Fair enough, Guv
It just seems like we've heard it all before. I for one am not particularly confident that it will happen.
Eddie hearn on his latest interview with ifltv said he spoke to Mayweather at the wbc convention. He asked him to fight Kel Brook and he said nope. He said what about amir khan and he said nope. He said my next fight I'm gna be making $100m. Make of that what you will....

Yep exactly but I don't know. Theyre gna need to get a move on unless negotiations have been done already. Also Freddie roach. How is he gna train both cotto and pacquiao... Would be difficult wouldn't it.?

If Floyd don't fight Pacquaio, he will lose that May 2nd date

So this fight still hasn't been officially announced despite all the hype about negotiations taking place.
What a surprise.
As I've always maintained Floyd has no intention whatsoever of getting in a ring with Pacquiao.
