Not that I like sticking up for City but if you ever paid attention you'd see that the group stages for most away champions league games, especially in Italy, the ground is barely ever half full
Whatever group they get I fully expect them to navigate through to the knock out stages. They dont get half empty stadiums then.
You mean we got half empty stadiums in Europa. Funnily enough Liverpool didnt sell out Anfield in the Europa. And once upon a time in 92 your lot got 20k for a game in the Uefa Cup.
Dont let facts get in your way though.
Central or City?
I know it's a bit of an obsession down South but the stats show that City never play in empty stadiums. Northeners do however keep whippets in their tin baths.
30,000 empty seats against 'Boro
I'll lay you a bet
City's first game at home in the CL will be completely sold out
I still get a shiver down the spine being at OT for CL nights when listening to the CL music before the game
It will be the first time City will have heard it
If it doesn't sell out, I'd be astonished.
Uefa, Premiership its always half empty and I dont expect that to change.
But you have the craziest, bestest and most loyal fans
Of course it always half empty, seriously. Have you listened to yourself!
so it is always fancy dress at the United Stadium? But why does everybody go as blue seats?

no offense but what do you expect after the blue plastic seat comment?
If ya give it out, ya gotta take it back without whining dude
How irresponsible of me to lower the tone of this serious and completely factual piece of football journalism.

God, how many times must it be pointed out to you Man U fans? It's NOT half empty, it's just Man Cee fans dressed up as plastic blue seats!

I've never been to a game at Old Trafford. It seems too much trouble, when I can sit on my armchair and switch channels at the stroke of a finger
30,000 empty seats in against Premier League opposition in a competition you were defending. Must have been a combination of a rail strike and an Icelandic dust cloud.

Are you suggesting that Man U have a lot of out-of-town support? How cliched!
