All hinges on Sexton for us. It's the one area we don't have a good cover.

Now, The wales match... that's going to be interesting. We have 3 Kiwi coaches in the competition. 2 of them know what they are doing... and then you have Gatland...
Ok that's harsh. His record is very good. We can't deny, But he really doesn't have a plan B. Ever!

And it's in Scotland... We have to see how this situation with North turns out, but it's probably a dead cert' that he's going to be out due to concussion protocols. That should help the Scottish cause. And ye, we know what wales are going to bring, but the question is can you boys stop them from playing their game... If you do i think you win the game. But tries will be scored in this one. Unlike the French game.

You're right about tries. I think both teams will score.

Looking back at the French game, do you think players can get any bigger. That Atonio guy is plain ridiculous. Imagine him packing against Mighty Mouse in the old days. Poor Ian wasn't any bigger than one of his legs.

Seriously though, he is exactly twice the weight of Parra.

hahahahaha. Monsters mate. Maybe there should be some random pee tests.
Hey also, the Italian Fly Half is apparently 17 stone....
It seems to have been a mistake in communication tho. But quite funny when the team sheet was being shown that this little guy from New Zealand was listed as 17 stone.

Anyway mate! are you on the fence or what! How confident are you is the question! you think you can and will win?

Well, in the Superbru thing I've gone for Scotland by 5 and Ireland by 7.

When you look at some of these guys and how the game is now, it's difficult to imagine how some legends would even get a game in modern times. Ian McLauchlan is one, but also where would Phil Bennett or Mike Gibson figure today?

Can't find out anything about the fantasy teams on Superbru. Any clues?

How the hell does the scoring work

Andrea Masi scored higher than Greig Laidlaw.

Ding ya bassa

You give me a load of Irish blarney about how we're going to beat France. Saint-Andre is in disarray, you said. Their players are knackered, you said.

And then what? You back France to win, that's what

Demus is my best buddy now.

posted on 8/2/15

hahahah. I gave France a 3 point advantage for being at home and it was the logical call from the perspective of the prediction game. But i never said that scotland would win, i said the were odds even... hahahah... small print my friend.

posted on 8/2/15

And ye... i literally have no idea how the scoring works in the fantasy thing. I mean it seems a little crazy.

posted on 8/2/15

Small print ma erse. Weasel word more like.

Ding, he speak with forked tongue.

You'll do anything to win ya buqqer.

Jaysus SHow.... I didn't miss the intercept!

Ding. What the hell are you doing on here at 3 in the morning?

posted on 9/2/15

Oh i was up half the night working. Sent that on my way to the scratcher.

BTW, I have read the more detailed rules of the fantasy game and i can't make head nor tail of it.

posted on 9/2/15

Obviously designed by the French and built by the Italians.

Jeez you must have a helluva important job to be up all Sunday night doing it. Either that or you put it all off till you could put it off no longer.

Really looking forward to our game v Italy, such a feel-good factor after that brilliant win in Wales.

I put it off mate. Nothing interesting in my world of work... Just a lazy "bassa" this past weekend.

Neo Don't get too cocky there mate. Beating the welsh didn't come as that much of a surprise to a lot of people. But all in all it was an extremely mature performance from a team with so many new faces.Have to admit i was rather impressed. Hat is off.

England's game in Ireland is the big one, if they win there I think they'll win the Slam

Anyone seen this?! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/31319836

LOL that's a none story in my book mate. Surly the Beeb have more important things to write about in rugby.
Anyway back to the 6Ns I whole heatedly agree England are in pole position and i would forgive them for looking at the possibility of a slam.
Still a long way to go tho. Lancaster will be sure to keep them grounded. One game at a time. Who do you face last in the competition? It looks like it will be a cracker!

In ireland, things are looking up after an entire year of heavy injury crisis seems tobe subsiding.
Here are some of our guys who should be back in and facing France on Valentine's day.
Sean O’Brien, Cian Healy, Johnny Sexton, Jamie Heaslip, Eoin Reddan and Dave Kearney
Andrew Trimble (last year's player of the tournament) could be back soon also.

All in all i feel more and more confident that we will be challenging for a title also.

I see the WRU have dodged a bullet regarding North. Seems World Rugby (formerly the IRB) have basically copped out of putting Wales to the sword regarding the utterly rubbish excuse of "we didn't see it"
80,000 plus fans saw it in vivid slow mo replay in the stands. A futher countless millions saw it on their flat screen TV's in homes, bars and rugby clubs all over the rugby world. And yet not one official in the WRU saw it!
What an utter pack of lies! And I'm sorry if this comes across as a rant, but welsh rugby seem to get the rub of the green far too often when it comes to cheating, dishonesty and or playing the system.

George will be removed from Sunday and replaced with Liam Williams. That lets Gatland off the hook from bottling who to drop. He has to drop somebody.
