Moreno's the best footballer in the PL.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Behind Gerrard, Can, Lucas, Sturridge and Henderson
----------------------------------------------------------------------
None of them have earned me any money.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Did you have shares in Moreno?

Are we watching a great team being built?
---------------------
Yes. Unfortunately for most in this thread, it's Chelsea.
Redinthehead - FreeGaza - فلسطين
Whether they are doing better is debatable seeing as we've actually made up a lot of points on the top four positions from early December.
Spurs were below Liverpool early December, now they are in front of them. Does that make Spurs an even greater team.

Who did I call a great team? Sandy confused again
Redinthehead
You also said that Spurs would never finish top four again, is that the same absolute fact that Liverpool will never win the prem?

You really are getting confused.
I said Spurs wouldn't finish top four again.
If you want to say that liverpool will never win the Premier league that's upto you.
It's obvious to one and all that the loss of Luis, especially the timing and lack of space left to Brendan to recruit others, would be great. The idea that all the new players would somehow immediately gel was the sort of dreams.
I don't care - never have - who else ends up where in the league. All I know is that, as a team, now less reliant one one, glorious player we have the backbone, the fight to go for it.

No
You beat a 10 man championship side, and you think your building a great team. Brendan has already seen your side knocked out of two cup competitions, last night probably would have been a third, but for the ref helping you out, and Liverpool are still 7th in the table.
?!! Maybe you are confused at to what the word 'building' means. It suggests that we are moving that way rather than we are already there!
Yes were were royally knocked out of the CL at the start of the season when we were gelling several new players and missing our two most prolific strikers.
We were then knocked out of a cup over two legs by the best team in the prem - by a single goal and thanks to some great goal keeping from Chelsea's keeper - not too shabby!
If you think the ref helped US in the fa cup game then you were watching the wrong match!
We are 7th in the table, but getting better not worse.
So I fail to see how your comments holds any water?
Sandy can't hold his own water, how can his arguments?

Would you say that Spurs are improving as well, only they were behind Liverpool a couple of months back, and now they are in front and in a Cup Final.
Who knocked Spurs out of the fa cup?

Who knocked Spurs out of the fa cup?
Leicester, a prem side beat Spurs reserve side. No big deal. When the full team was put out three days latter, they sealed a date with Wembley. It`s called squad rotation, sometimes it comes off, sometimes it doesn`t.

Errr, yes! Do you know why i think that? Because i'm not one of these muppet fans who cant bear to say that another team is doing well - how about you?!
