Sounds like what Barker did (as well as tore all the ligaments too) not nice! As a football fan I wish him well

Oh god ... I hope not.
If serious then I also wish him a speedy recovery
sorry to hear it Reds

Horrible, hope for a full and speedy recovery

Just saw that news, and totally agree. I hope it is not as bad as it sounds, very promising talent

We really are jinxed with injuries to our best players.

Wtf is going on?

Heard Barker played for the U21's today. Genuinely happy to hear that as my bro says he is a top bloke whenver he has been in then lounge at PP.

Hope Assombalonga hasn't done some thing similar. He is younger than Barker so maybe he wouldn't take as long to heal?

Will, if it is similar to Shaun, then it will take a long time. I really hope it isn't

The players tonight seemed to react in a similar way to how the Foresr and Derby players all reacted when Barker got injured by the South Stand goal v Forest so that isn't a good sign for a start.

Fingers crossed for the lad, hopefully it's nothing like Barks' and he makes as speedy a recovery as possible.

Was it in a challenge or off the ball? Horrible to see something like this happen, remember him holding the shirt up for Cohen too.

Get well soon Britt, hopefully the recovery process will not take too long and he'll be back scoring goals.

He will need all the support he can get from Forest and of course his family.

all the best to him.i hope it int as bad as it is thought.all banter aside.i wish him well

We'll be in the Premiership next season....we'll sign another striker or two and win Britt comes back ,we'll get ourselves a UEFA cup spot.

With my current reality, I have to be optimistic

Ouch!! Didn't know about this had a knee injury years ago pain was indescribable.
I remember quite a few Forest fans wishing barkes the best 3 years ago so good luck to him still cringe just thinking about it.

Get well soon Britt. Let's all hope that it is not as serious as first thought. We may be rivals but no one wants to see that.

How did the injury occur?

Dislocated knee cap.

Looks bad to the observer, but not as bad as it looks.

Will be playing again this season is my bet.

Vidal will be able to give us more details.

Isn't that exactly what Barker did only he tore all the ligaments too.
