I personally don't think Gralla was given a fair crack, when you had some of the best player's in our team at that time saying "he" is the best we have, that should be enough to let people know what he's like, like lots before him and lots after, he didn't get the right chance!..

As far as Adyran goes, he's shown glimpses of what he can do, like said if we were winning games by more he should be given a go, but at the same time, he could be brought in slowly, something that doesn't seem to be happening!..

As for the crap with Redder's and favoritism, I think that is bull, he's got the player's doing what people here would be hanging him for if they were still losing, the player's in training should be doing their bit to put pressure on Redder's to give them a place, and the same could be said about Adyran too!..

Mike, Adryan, had more starts in his first season than Grella.

Harrogate, Mike will tell you these development games don't count as its not a real game though.....

My question to this is, what did Moro and Murphy do to prove they were worth it? It was when things slowed down on the pitch. So these boys will have to wait until Redders has his hands forced via injury etc.

He needs time, we gave Murphy a whole season!

We are both agreed thast Adryan is a luxury player, and all the pros and cons of that are a fair talking point.

Would be great if we could finish teams off and get him involved when we're doing well, would be far better experience for him.

We don't see him in training though, maybe the coaches think he needs more development games, seemed the first time he came into the squad, it was on the back of people asking why he hadn't featured and actually think he was put in to try and change thinks when we doing v badly.

Will we sign him? And is this discussion even necessary, as he might be gone by May.

Someone who goes past 5 players and scores a wonder goal?

Or maybe someone who's foreign and does a step over in a training match.

He's not been spectacular but he has the potential, just gotta give him game time.

Good point. Looking at it from Redfearn's point of view, is it worth the risk to play him or have him come off the bench? For example on Saturday, if Adyran was on the bench and came on as a sub when we were 1-0 up, he would open the game up more and risk a result.

And this is the problem with loan to permanents.

Unless they're playing, you can't judge if they are worth making permanent.

Adryan has not done enough to date to justify 3 mill price tag.
