No way we should consider paying £3m for him at all. NO WAY!
He's not shown anything so far that suggests he is a good fit. May well shine at another club but not at Leeds at the moment. Maybe look to extend the loan into next season and give him more game time if we're doing well, but a £3m purchase is a luxurious experiment we can't afford.

I always base a players value on where they'll be in 4 seasons time. How much better will Adryan be in 4 season time, will he be worth 3 mil, will be worth 10? In 4 seasons he'll be only 23, that's still younger than Murphy. Its a gamble imo

Shaun, that is how those in the game see it.3mill seems steep for the cheapskates on here, but i see it as viable.

I dread to think that the day i meet any of these guys at a match for a pint, im gonna be the one paying!!

Shall we give Morison more time to recognise what a goal looks like.

What is a favourite,

A coaches bum chumm who can't score but the coach loves and plays him any way.

But those in the game haven't seen it that way

Nobody has bought him

.................................................................

We are, and others have shown interest which he rebuffed.

He rebuffed ???

Are you really sure about that.

Because people in South America seem to think there was no firm offer.

Like you say £3m is peanuts

Yet nobody willing to gamble

Why is that ??

"Shall we give Morison more time to recognise what a goal looks like."

Luvr, why have a go at the player?..

If your headgear wanted to do what you want him to do, he'd do it, until that time, why do you have a go at a player doing what he's been told to do?..

Another for you and all that back the "so called Cellino rejects"!.....this Cellino v Redder's jibe is the crap that needs well and truly flushing, because its a team thing and they're "all" Leeds United player's!.

Did the striker you want Morison replacing with not play in the last game?..

If he did did he score, if not why not?..

Its crap when you come out with the "favorites", thing because "of" one simple reason, the player's that are now playing are doing exactly what people around here have been crying for, they're saving our season!..

Odd that, because if your bossmanager had thought about things before bringing in his "15" player's he should have known that without the right balance it wouldn't work!..

He could have brought in a striker when he got rid "of" your McContract, but he didn't!..

A reason we now have Morison where you don't want him maybe?..

People should grow up to the fact that Redder's is playing who he thinks is best for the job, and no doubt when tiredness and injury's set in there will be changes made, but the player's we have are playing with the backing "of" your Mr Cellino, so, if anyone is to blame for them not being good enough, surely it has to be him!..

Cagliari did, and however b4 then, he made a clear statement that he wanted to stay. He went to Massimo, who then came to us and he followed.

Nobody had the chance to, he made himself unavailable to the biggest club on Earth. Fact is, Cellino got him and coaxed him here to Leeds.

Even if u hate Cellino, nobody can say his vision for this transfer is something we have not seen for over a decade.

posted on 17/2/15

They didn't gamble, they took him on loan and he did fook all.

How gullible are you.

You do know Man U never offered him a deal !!!

Vision for what transfer ???

A player who did nothing at his previous clubs.

Yet because he played for Brazil u17, three years ago, you think he's a huge talent.

He's on loan to a championship club

And he can't even get a game

Gullible

Beckford produced more, as did Snoddy and Gradel, Becchio produced a hatful of goals

How about Schmeichel, cost nothing sold for a mill?

All proved to be far better transfers than Adryan has so far.

A youngster can be as good as the next or as bad as the rest!..

A players like Adyran and many others could go to one team and be a flop, and go to another and turn into the worlds best, I think a lot has to do with the club and the set up at the club as to how good a player could be!..

He could be a flop of a player, but could also be a flop because of our training camp!..

Mike, what you say there about Cellino, surely if that was the case he would have brought in a better mix with his 15?..

There lays the problem with our club, he brought in player's he wanted to work his system, now maybe they were right and the player's we already had were wrong, but whatever, he's had time to bring the right player's in and change what he started!..

Maybe he's leaving it as it is for next season and Adyran is in his plans, but hopefully he brings in the player's everybody see's we need to help change it about a bit!..

Mate of mine went to the game today. Specifically said that Adryan gave the ball away continually first half and his first touch was poor. Improved in the second half and worked hard but couldn't see any justification for his inclusion in the squad for Boro.

Germany, it's 18 not 15.

But kebab, he did a step over, mike explained how that shows he's a great player.

I find it amusing that a player who folk in football rate as a prospect, who plays for our club gets the grief he's getting from the great and the good from the dark side.

You should be happy we have him.

I'd have him playing in the development squad all this season, build him up to speed with our game, blend him in. If we consider he's good enough, and by we I mean the club, to keep after his loan spell then pay the price we feel appropriate and let him grow with the club, I am sure the owner can negotiate well enough to do that deal and he'll expect to barter a bit, whatever has been said before.

Massimo Cellino has said he expects us to be contesting for promotion at the end of next season, carry on as we are currently and build a bit more on the squad in the summer.

It's not rocket science is it....?

posted on 18/2/15

Adryan has proved nowt so far. Why do some people think he's such a hot prospect? Why? Because he does the odd step over? Good clubs have extensive scout networks. He's been on the radar yet no one with any cash has made an offer to buy him. Only a mediocre Championship club have taken him on loan to see if it's worth paying £3m in summer for him, yet he can't even make the bench. From what I've seen of him he adds little or no value to us and has been largely ineffective when played.

Who in football rate him has a top prospect ????

I don't know, enlighten me, I said prospect.

Do you disagree with this part of my comment, and why...?

Do you need that breaking down into easy to read chunks...?

You obviously missed that bit, you being so intent to score points and gain brownie points from the Dreary Prince.

For once in your life actually read what people write, 'cos the way I see it, for someone who is supposedly reasonably intelligent and an accountant (hah!) you don't come across as such.

Just an opinion.

The reason I laugh there by the way (that's the bit in brackets) is this, for someone who has such chubby digits and posts as as has and is as his so often, who in their right mind would employ you anywhere near a calculator...?

Your accounts must be a joy to behold.

Jonty, what, he's brought another 3 in?.

When I say 15 I mean the original 15 that got coaches sacked for not working them right!.

In't it good someone worked out they didn't know what a Diamond is?.
