We need a complete overhaul of personnel and philosphy. Get rid of the midgets who can;t even dominate with their "outstanding technical ability" anymore, and get some physicality in the team in order to create a foundation from which to build. We have no foundation with which to spring from at the moment and it's costing us because we're never properly set in any aspect of our performance and that kind of thing costs you against sides with quality.
