Where did you buy it from.
If you got it from a shop then it's on the card and you just scratch it off.
If you got it from the playstation store then it's all done on line so there shoodnt be a code.
yeah the playstation store, said it is downloaded but no where to be seen?
Then you should be able to download from the advanced warfare store in game.
