Ah if he is short Kenny won't be interested, the black country makelele that is jack price has struggled to get a chance despite his undoubted quality.

Are you implying that Pulis only signs 'giants'?

If so, I guess Callum Mac and Darren Fletcher sneaked through the back exit last Jan!

Maybe he's just not good enough! Pulis (and Irvine) saw the bloke everday in training. Ive seen many players have great World Cups and go on to flop.

When it comes to defenders JH: he signs giants and you can't say he's not good enough; he has not been given any opportunities.
I am confident he will come good. Alas not with us.

We have Dominic Iorfa, who is better.

Really? I look forward to him taking the Premiership by storm one day.

You have Dominic Lorfa who hasn't played in the prem let alone in a World Cup so you can have no idea.

Somebody at the Albion liked Gamboa but it wasn't Irvine or Pulis.

Martin Olsson was on route to our training ground on deadline day. He didn't make it in time but he's 5'11. Neil Taylor was strongly linked before Swans decided to keep him! He's even smaller.

Iorfa is an U20 England player right which could bode well for his future and so too is Hause.

Gamboa played in the world cup for Costa Rica, hardly makes him a star performer.

They had a good tournament, that's it, Iorfa will be a better player than Gambia, you can put your life on that.

posted on 24/3/15

He's not a star performer, Cinci. Thats the point of the thread...

....and Gambia is a Country anyway.

Careful. Frank Nouble played for the U19s.

Jeremy knows what a chairman should spend money on, and it's not £30 million shiny new stands when you've got a Championship squad heading for Divisions 2 and 3.

So did George Thorne. A player in the summer that you were all saying would be in your team and could be the next big thing. Then he decided to leave you and join a club where he might get a touch of the ball in midfield rather than be bypassed all the time with long balls.

Correction. He was a player we said COULD be in our team but he wasn't quite good enough to hold down a place, which is why he wanted to leave, and fair play to him.
And you're really overdoing this long ball stuff. I suggest you actually watch Albion for a full 90 minutes instead of parroting what Pundit says.

And to be especially fair to George Thorne, I think he won some age group European championships with England.
