Suarez, Gerrard, Sturridge and now Sterling wants to move south to join Arsenal

Hope we don't sign Sterling. Guy is a headless chicken with no footballing brain.

I saw Reus tear Georgia apart yesterday, and yet apparently Sterling is a more valuable player than he is...absolute nonsense!

Very much a non story, just don't see why we would be swapping a player who scores more goals and creates more assists in Walcott for a player who needs a lot of development. The only thing Sterling really has over Walcott at the moment is fitness. If we need a replacement then the likes of Reus if available are the calibre of player we should be looking at.

Quite frankly Wenger doesn't have time to develop players he needs ready made players now, given his contract only has a couple of years to go.

I would swap Sterling for any of our players - I would honestly put him alongside Hazard as one of the most talented players in the league (not that I think he's as good as Hazard currently).

I really don't think it's fair to suggest that Walcott can do virtually everything that Sterling does and more; Sterling is a far, far better dribbler and does a whole lot more defensive work than Walcott.
Players like Kevin Phillips and Mario Jardel have won the European Golden Shoe in the past, but there was never any suggestion that they were among the best players in the world.

This isn't to derrogate Walcott's contribution; but I don't think goals and assists are the only ways to measure a player.

That being said, I doubt this story is true.

You've been wanting to win the League for 9 years and counting now. How did that work out for you?
