TCP anyway I would be happy for Man utd to finish in top 2 for 9 out of the last 10 years. Liverpool fans thought finishing 2nd was amazing and gloated at Man utd fans because we finished 7th which is a position Liverpool finish. The irony was that was the closest finish between Liverpool and Man utd since 08-09 season last season points wise.

But he is known for them
Hence why you bought in 2 forwards

Both Balotelli and Lambert are not suited towards BR's fluid movement and pressing game.

For Chelsea to lose the league they can afford to lose those 3 games and still win the league, thats why the jammy wins have been annoying as there is no hope. Mourinho side playing like a small team against those small teams seems to have worked lol.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That is true, and that's what makes it very unlikely. But no more unlikely than when we threw it a way a few years back.
They really should have lost yesterday though, but for some dreadful finishing from QPR and a gift from Rob Green. That really would have been game on

So you agree. Brendan shouldnt have bought them
Chelsea still have to play teams they dropped a lot of points to kast season at end of the season.
Anyway TCP it would be amusing if we did finish 2nd though.

Damn if we only had SAF start in his last season after 21 games and followed our form on we would be close to being champions now if we win at Stamford Bridge. West Ham and Swansea ruined our season as those killed any hope of having a chance to win the title hence why I changed my username.
Anyway don't drink coffee
My God, reading these comments is so infuriating. Were people not saying we were the best PL team ever earlier in the season? Now, apparently we're not even the best team in this league Do people genuinely not remember the first half of the season when we were winning game after game and United and Arsenal were dropping points every other week? I mean, do people not understand why we have such a big lead even though those two teams have been in such great form recently.
Also, the guy saying Man Utd are a better team than us... for what, the past 5 games? 5 games.
The desperation they will have to say well done Chelsea is killing them
Were Man Utd fans not calling Van Gaal a failure about a month ago? Now they're the best team in the league Unbelievable.
Chelsea are deserved champions, absolutely no doubt.
Weird how so many Arsenal & United fans seem to ignore the fact the league is based on 38 games, ignoring how good Chelsea were in the first 24 odd. I think most of us knew Chelsea would win it once they had wrapped up the Cesc & Costa signings.

Most AFC and Man u fans are just p i s s e d that our teams didn't play like we are now earlier in the season. It's too late to catch CFC, even if they aren't playing that well at the moment, they done enough work earlier on in the season to be able to stroll to the title.
It isn't common for a team to keep up consistent performances all season long. If AFC and/or United had stormed the start of the season i'd bet one of my gonads that they'd be stuttering now.
Gonads are not of equal size

Hence Liverpools funniest ever Prem moment

TCP, I'm not saying that trying to pile on some pressure is guaranteed to work, and there's no doubt either that doing would mean taking on the champion of mind games. My point is that only Chelsea imploding would allow either of those sides a look in, and I think reckon it's less likely something like that might happen if those who'd stand to benefit just take a passive onlooker's role.
Given the stage you're at -and the stage you were at going into the weekend- I reckon it was at least worth giving it a shot. United, fair enough, had City to worry about, but Arsenal...having got 3 points on the board the day before your game...what really would they have stood to lose if the manager and the players had com out after the match talking about Chelsea and how they were in a position where they could not drop points.
Perhaps it's just that they already have enough on their plates trying to nail down 2nd or 3rd. It's one of the pitfalls of the modern CL format. Getting into the CL has become so important that it can lead sides to focus on getting 2nd, 3rd or 4th rather than on chasing down the league leaders.

Hafi you seem desperate for our collapse.
Utd will never lose ever Again
Don't Utd play every game before Chelsea until the end of the season ?
