Costa - Very good signing.

Zouma - Potentially a very good signing.

Cuadrado - Always called him the Columbian Valencia, my opinion hasn't changed.

Salah - Poor signing, but will probably sell at a profit

Van Ginkel - Poor signing, but will probably sell at a profit

Willian - Under-rated for me. Good signing.

Luis - £16m sounds a lot for a squad player, but I guess it's the going rate these days.

Remy - Poor signing

So, hit and miss, like most managers.

Yeah I like Willian, think he would have been perfect for our system but many don't.

Jose intimated he didn't trust the reserve type players earlier in the season and I'm wondering whether his transfers have directly led to not being able to rotate as much as he maybe would have liked.

I didnt rate Cuadrado at the WC and seeing him for Chelsea my opinion hasnt change.Headless chicken.

I don't see how he is better than Schurlle tbh.

Yeah I'm a Willian fan too, Cuadrado is too earlier to write him off IMO.

I think he's done well but not outstanding.

He likes to play his best 11 in nearly every game.

He may tinker if he thinks he needs to like playing Ramires instead of Oscar yesterday, but too many of our players have gone off the boil at the same time.

Arsenal and Man U are currently reaping the rewards of a huge injury list at the start of the season as players come back into the squad/team with fresh legs.

Not sure why Remy is a poor signing Busby?

His signings haven't poor or great, there's no outright flops (Salah the closest to a flop but as OP said will probably be sold on profit and doing well on loan)

I think the most questionable move possibly is selling Schurrle for Cuadrado, at the time I questioned whether there was any real difference in quality between them and nothing seems to have changed that perception..

With £200m spent in two seasons could this be an area that Chelsea need to improve on in order to get further in the CL for example?

Our net spend in that time is absolutely minimal.

As for the CL we've by far been the most successful English side in the CL in the last five years.

Should have given Schurrle more minutes. Not bit part cameos at the end of matches.

Robber is a Snake Superb, don't believe he came here in good faith

Matic,William,Fabregas and possibly Zouma ,for potential, have been the hits in my opinion.Everyone else though have been a tad underwhelming.

I read an article by Paul Tomkins last week. He has researched 3000 premiership transfers and reckons that only 50% of them ever become first team regulars for their teams.

I know Rodgers gets slated a lot but if you evaluate most of the top clubs signings I agree that only 50% of them are usually great signings.

It's not a slate Superb and most clubs bar Utd can go down the net spend route. Liverpool and Chelsea have spent the same NET the past two seasons for example but no-one really cares about that. Also the failings of other clubs in the CL is moot.

TCP this is a proper thread so not for the site retárd (disclaimer - not offensive if I mean it literally) in you.

Who sold Matic?

Remy cost 10million ?

Jose's track record in transfers has not always been great. Remember his first time at Chelsea? For every Drogba or Robben there was a Kezman, Jarosek, Maniche or Del Horno

The problem I have with regards to Chelsea and their transfers are what are Mourinho's and what are Roman Abramovich's.

Good - Willian, Eto'o, Matic, Zouma, Fabregas, Costa, Remy
Bad - Atsu, Luis
OK - Schurrle, Schwarzer
Undecided - Van Ginkel, Salah, Cuadrado

Overall I'd say they've been pretty good.

So Robber is able to find transfer costs but not Chelsea player sales
