Well, that was a tonic. 3-0 up after half an hour and cruising.

I know it was only Blackpool in their current predicament and I did feel sorry for them. BUT you only beat what's in front of you and Derby were very accomplished and professional in their approach.

Bent was very good, as was Dawkins. The defence of Keogh and Whitbread looked confident. Ince (despite scoring and reacting like someone who'd had their wallet nicked) still doesn't do it for me. Bryson was totally in control and Hendrick had an excellent game.

to the Rams - don't forget we have played teams worse than this and still not won.

One point of note. Did anyone else notice that when Ince was subbed, none of his team mates applauded? Or am I being too conspiratorial?
