Oh the irony. Calling me a "spotty teenager" and the c unt can't even spell suprise I wouldn't be suprised if you we're a fat ugly 40 year old virgin but hey that's just my opinion
Good stuff Don.
And Chronic is doing my head in today making out he is somehow the only knowledgeable Spurs supporter. I was watching the team 30 odd years before he was even born, you know when Spurs won most of their trophies. You used to get some supporters like him even back then who moaned about everything.
So if spending £110m is not a big summer, what's really a big summer for Spurs?
This thread has taken a turn for the worst.
Park lane lower next to the away fans is usually a good atmosphere. Get to stand up all game too
Everywhere else is awful. Don't think I could sit in the west stand without telling the whingers to fack off.
haha picking up spelling mistakes, sure sign that you are a k n o b. Anyways you best get to bed don its a school night. Quick game of fifa for you and some rainbow flicks to make you feel special. You really are a sad individual

Sandy,
I agree with you re players being able to play two games a week without having any problems.
However the Europa League presents problems that the Champions League does not:
1) Most of our matches seem to be in the Eastern Bloc & thus travel becomes the issue.
2)Thursday night football is a nightmare in terms of preparation for the weekend, it leaves precious little time for medical staff to work on injuries, strategy & tactics etc.
3) The whole EL set up is badly configured, because there are far more games than the CL & thus more travelling etc.
4) Playing European matches on separate nights is woefully bad. It is purely television driving this, but it does little for the game, especially as home nations domestic leagues are affected too.
5) Players patterns are dramatically altered by constantly chaning days of matches. There is little chance to settle into set routines which can mean your whole body metabolism is out of synch. Sleep patterns become fragmented & not sleeping properly can have a massive effect on performance.
1. The article seems to have gone off track a bit. In answer to the article, no I do not believe we should avoid the EL. The EL is the best level of European opposition we should be facing right now. And I quite like watching us blood some youngsters and stuff a few teams in the initial rounds.
2. I disagree that just because players earn a lot of money, this means their body must be a machine that can handle as many games as we throw at them. We just need to juggle all competitions as best as we can. It’s a difficult one though, because if we play a weaker team – and lose – then the fans and media get on the manager’s back – but we simply cannot play our best XI every game, in every competition.
3. Last but not least: when posters throw an insult in a debate on a forum do they not stop to think that it will effectively kill any reasonable debate there on after? I know it’s frustrating when posters don’t agree with you, or you don’t get your own way (trust me, I’ve been in the high minority on a number of subjects), but losing your rag and insulting a poster is only going to lead to a slanging match – and ruins the article. I admit that if I get insulted, I insult back (I know this makes me just as bad) but what happened to just agreeing to disagree, or to argue your point with alternative references or examples? Come on lads (and any ladesses) let’s keep it on the right side of passionate eh?
