I just wasn't aware that Rodgers hired staff.

I trust Rodgers to get it right over the medium to long term.

So yes Rodgers should stay. He got it right last season, you could say "too right" it raised expectations far beyond what they realistically should be.

To be where we are is crazy really since we have barely played well as a team all season.
