I'd give him one chance to get on the first plane out of John Lennon airport before inserting said boots up his bottom!

It's a shame the media and the club have treated him so appallingly since he arrived. He never stood a chance.
Shût up you bell wiff, he's not shown one ounce of effort in his time here and has done nothing to warrant anymore chances.
I disagree with Kolo's schloong!
The media must be affecting his ability to run
I don't think we'd have a shortage of takers at a prices to get most of our money back (he was cheap), but I think it will be a problem getting him to move to those clubs.
I'd take 2p.
YOu lot are deluded if you think this muppet will ever do anyhting for us.
if sampdoria offer even 5mil i'd take it now.
IMO we will be lucky to get a combined 16mil out of badontelly, lambert and borini.. ad aspas bath to this and you'll see a total failure in striking purchases.

I don't think he's been as bad as the media and BR have made out. He had a tricky start, then a good run around Christmas before Rodgers dropped him. He hasn't done himself many favours but I don't think the situation is as black and white as some seem to insist.

Treated badly? This isn't a doctors surgery, this is a football club.
We put him on the pitch time and time again, far more often than his lacklustre performances deserved, and the consistent output was precious little.
Most fans can put up with poor performances but not lack of effort and/or desire. Sell him to whoever is willing to give us £5m+.
Rodgers handling of Balotelli has been atrocious.

How do you mean?
In 960 minutes of Prem football he's scored one goal. At what point does a professional do his job without his manager holding his hand?

Balotelli's handling of Ballotelli has been atrocious.
Making him the scapegoat when the whole team was playing badly, which was down to Rodgers i might add.
This is the same Rodgers that praised Gerrard's performance against Villa
I didn't see him scapegoat him. Could you provide the link please?
I think it was after the Besiktas game...you have internet
“We need to ensure that whatever level of the game we are playing at we have everyone working as a team and once we get the penalty, Mario stops working.
"So he needs to improve on that facet of his game to play in his position, rather than standing on the side of the football field.
“He has contributed on the night, he has got the penalty and scored the goal, but that is what he is paid to do.
“So he needs to keep that efficiency in his game and show that he can affect the team, whether he is asked to play from the bench or from the start.”
And when pressed on whether he was happy with Balotelli’s performance, he added with an ominous bluntness: “No, not really, no.”
Outrageous. Not sure how that equates to him scapegoating him for us playing badly though. Seems a massive leap in fact.
Soooooo I went and checked Balo's stats from that game. The workhorse had 15 touches one of which was the penalty that he snatched from Jordan because his attitude is so spot on.
He is his heat map: http://www.whoscored.com/Matches/904284/Live/Europe-UEFA-Europa-League-2014-2015-Liverpool-Besiktas
I hope you're no colour blind because the very light shade of blue is hard to see.
No-one said he's a workhorse but at that stage of the season its not like we were pressing teams into submission.
What has Balotelli done that so different to Lambert and Lovren?
Reportedly not tried as hard as he could in training and he certainly has not tried hard in games. Noone can accuse the players you've listed as not trying. You may have a problem with their quality but that is not the argument. I'd say both of them have had better games than Balo anyway!
He had 32 touches against WBA. I could get 32 touches if I busted a gut.
You've got the internet. Can you find me a time when Balo has sprinted into the channel to make space for the midfield at all? Or a time where he has run in behind and used his considerable pace? Or a game where from the first minute to last you know he has left it all on the pitch?
If Balotelli had the same media hype and focus as a Borini or Aspas, then a lot of out fans wouldn't be defending him!
He's lazy and doesn't have a great footballing brain. Get rid before his value lowers anymore than it does (e.g Borini and Aquilani)
Either way he is not scapegoating him for the team playing badly.
You've made it up.
