Thought it would be a very close game so lots of draw slots, Tbag slightly stronger in defence and midfield but Tino still strong, and has much better attack IMO

2 good sides, for some reason copy and pasting messes up Parks formatting but it's a 4-4-2 diamond

Both men are due a bit of love from the fruity and with both teams at almost full strength this is a close game to call.....Lubo going back to a back 3 I feel could deal nicely with CostAguero, where as the pace of Greaseman,Sterling and Lacazette would trouble Stockcubes defence....
Hard to see any glaring weaknesses in either side or the tactics

Slots

Leiva 4+1
Park 6
Draw 7

Final Score: Lions 2 vs Stockport 2
Scorers: Griezmann (Sterling), Lacazette (Griezmann)
Aguero (Draxler) Costa (De Sciglio)

MOTM - Griezmann, very good game for the frenchman, a goal and an assist

Notts county vs Tenby

-------------------------------De Gea--------------------------------

Lichtsteiner----------Gimenez--------Marquinhos--------Bernat

-----------------------------Verratti----------------------------------

------------------Thiago-------------Isco---------------------------

Alexis-----------------------------------------------------Reus

-----------------------------Icardi------------------------------------

vs

-------------------------------Reina------------------------------

----------San Jose---------Williams-------Martinez---------------

De Marcos---------Casemiro--------Xavi-----------------Davies

---------------------------------Jorginho------------------------------

----------------------Hernandez------Pelle-------------------------

Feels like every week I seem to say Di's side is improving she's up against a top side in this Notts County team, Another set-up with 3 at the back could well isolate Icardi, BUT with Sanchez and Reus they'll have their hands full, that said Chicharito and Pelle could also have some joy against Gimenez and Marquinhos....I really like Di's midfield it's full of nice ball players who match up nicely to Mex's All Stars, Ultimately for me home advantage and more big game experienced players could bring home the 3 points......

Slots

Mex 7+1
Di 3
Draw 4

Final Score Notts 2 - 0 Tenby

Goal Scorers - Alexis (Icardi) Isco (Verratti)

MOTM - Verratti - sits in the middle strokes the ball about, a Pirlo-esque performance by the maestro's heir

2 solid, football playing sides that like to get the ball down on the deck Marky has the bigger names and in a way that swings in his favour, But Elsie as always has a well drilled side filled with bags of talent and a fair whack of pace out-wide

Slots

Elsie 4+1

MOTM - De Rossi - Controlled the centre of the pitch and allowed Yaya the freedom to get forwards

Miami vs Mandems

vs

----------------------Guaita----------------------
----Clyne-------Pepe---------Dante----Bertrand----
--------------------Illaramendi-------------------
-------------Fellaini---------Schweinsteiger------
--------Silva----------------------Bonaventura----
----------------------Suarez----------------------

Both sides setting up in a 4-3-3 variant, the biggest talking point is Fan forcing Stones to play despite his poorly toe (Sterling take note)

The one word that springs to mins when I look at Trebs' team is workmanlike.....it's not a bad thing far from it but I feel if Suarez doesn't deliver they don't have an outlet, Fan has a lovely 3 man midfield and a pretty explosive trident up-top, so explosive he can afford to bench Morata....

Right slots:

Miami 6+1
Mandems 4
Draw 5

The ruling regards the Stones injury is a goal away.....I thought Fan would win by the odd goal,

The Fruity came out with a home win, but as I say a win by the odd goal, once Fan loses a goal it becomes a 0-0 draw

Miami 0-0 Mandems

MOTM - Jagielka - Marshalled the defence well neuralising the threat of Suarez

Pride vs Gosport

Pride

------------------------Enyeama-------------------------
Coke------------Masch---------Koscielny---------Blind
-------------------Pirlo--------Kouyate------------------
-------Robben--------T.Hazard----------Pedro---------
-------------------------Dybala---------------------------

Gosport

-------------------------Joel

Ivanovic---Alderweireld---Nastasic---Monreal

------------------------Rabiot

--------------Wanyama------Mancuello

---------Mane---------------------------Wijnaldum

------------------------Kane

These two sides went into the game with differing fortunes, Pride looking a safe mid-table, just three off the top and losing just one all season, and Gosport second bottom in the league not winning a game this season. It was Pride who made the stronger start, Robben charging past Monreal and playing a delightful ball to Dybala, but Joel was quickly off his to stop him in his tracks. The home side were buoyed by this and Pirlo found Pedro superbly with a long ball on the other side, and he cut in central and took a long range effort which went just wide. Gosport started to get into the game though and had the best chance of the half with Rabiot playing a nice one-two with Mane, and Kane managed to force his way in and shot early, but it was straight as Enyeama. The game went into half time goalless.

We went into the second half and Pride got the best possible start to the half. Hazard ghosted into the box and played the ball across to Robben, who ran past Monreal and was taken down by Nastasic for a penalty. Pirlo stepped up to take the penalty and it looked like he was going to go straight down the middle, Joel thought so too and stayed big in the middle. Pirlo hit the ball hard, going high and it found the underside of the crossbar and went in. Gosport's response though, was instant. Substitute Sinclair got the ball and found Wijnaldum in space in the middle, who smashed a low shot in which Enyeama just about palmed to safety. The resultant corner kick was whipped in and found the head of Ivanovic who forced Mascherano out the way and powered in a low header, despite protests the equaliser was given. Gosport kept going and a through ball from Rabiot found Kane who was on the shoulder of the last man, it looked like he was offside and the Pride defense stopped but Kane didn't and he blasted his shot into the roof of the net, giving Gosport the win late on.

Slot Split
Pride 5 (+1)
Draw 10
Gosport 5 (-1 for tactics being a day late)

6/10/4.

Tactical Analysis
I like the simplicity of the Pride tactics, not complicating it or talking a load of tosh about what great players you have. Only thing I would do is try to think about your opponents more, exploit their weaknesses, make plans. Kouyate and Hazard are the two players which I feel aren't as good, when compared to the rest of your team which is excellent. Gosport have really put thought into their tactics and in using Ivanovic and Monreal, they have full backs who can defend well which is crucial. I can also see Alderweireld doing a job on Dybala. However, looking at the overall quality of the side, it isn't as good as Pride's for me, they have a good defense, and decent players going forward but Wanyama/Mancuello/Wijnaldum are solid but not spectacular. And it's that one difference maker they need.

So I have a team who I think have done better tactically, and a team who I think have a better line-up. It was a smash and grab victory with one moment of quality from Kane who otherwise had a quiet game.

MOTM: Ivanovic - Scored a crucial equaliser, and kept Pedro quiet throughout.

Pride 1-2 Gosport
Pirlo (pen 55); Wijnaldum 70, Kane 88.

Assists: Robben, Sinclair, Rabiot.
