Well, that makes one of us.
No sympathy whatsoever,he's a cruel c unt who should be doing time for it
I'm sure there were more mature ways of dealing with this matter than going out and killing the blooming thing.

I don't like dogs but I don't advocate killing them

Me too, can't stand them.
Well, dogs speak VERY highly of you, Mata.
Yeah I'm assuming all these people so angry with this story are all vegetarians?????
all dogs should be shipped to South Korea.

Of course i have 'some sympathy' for the owner.
However, i don't advocate killing of dogs - unless it is for meat consumption
If someone killed my pet for a minor inconvenience to their life.... I would struggle not to put a knife to him
If the guy is unstable enough to do this should he really be flying a passenger plane?

Yes, but you are one of those unhinged vegans who probably place animal life on a par with human life
Look, what he did was despicable and uncalled for. It cannot be justified. However, to term it as 'minor inconvenience' shows an arrogance and a resolute refusal to see the wood for the trees.
Yapping dogs are annoying as hell, but that man deserves at least a good serious kicking from the owner if that dog. So, whereas I have sympathy he went way to far and deserves an epic beating.
Did you see the other story linked on that page?
Apparently some bloke stabbed a dog to death after it attacked his little dog. An American bulldog apparently, called Tyson (ofcourse), had a bit of history with attacking other dogs, and this guy just went for it when it got ahold of his.
The world is definately going mad.

The world is definately going mad.

That was justified imo. It was attacking the other dog and had its jaws around its little head. Was the owner just supposed to let it kill his dog?

No.
I am totally with kicking a bigger dog in the face to save your pet. Our family dog is not a big breed and he has been saved once with a well placed boot.
What i'm not with, is carrying around a stabbing implement. I didn't read the story so I dunno if there's context. But stabbing a dog surely implied that a. you carry a blade and b. you're happy to take life with it.
