Great to see we have our first signing done already.
Ive never seen him play but have read very good reports about him and I think its a case of trusting our new scouting team headed by the highly rated Mitchell.
1 down hopefully 4 more to come in. Trippier and Ings next would be superb.
What do you think of the chances of us buying Benteke?
Interesting that you want Ings, how does he compare to Kane?

probably a good signing for the future, BUT 22 no prem league experience what we need is a old hand leader at the back for when the sh**te hit the fan and these wipper snappers that we have at present panic
Doesn't Woderick have to be weleased first?
At least if he turns out to be a ball sack his name lends itself to ridicule. K Wimmer - has a certain tone to it...
I think Woger is next in line for welease Hombre...
pleased that we are doing early business. encouraged that poch and the team have gone straight in and tried to strengthen our major weakness - the defence.
never seen him play, but from reports he is meant to be a good talent.
hopefully he is a good signing
We need a centre back of experience now. Someone like Vlaar possibly. Get rid of Chirichis, Kaboul and even possibly Fazio.
Wimner, Dier, Vertonghen and another experienced centre back should be more than good enough at centre back.
I think he will keep Fazio for a while longer Don but I don't see a natural leader in any of these lads yet. Vlaar would be a reasonable shout especially out of contract.
Short, Yeh think it's a no brainer mate. Need a new right back to as Kyle Walker is not good enough

I'm hope that Mitchell hasn't contracted Spursitis and landed us a donkey Galv.

================
I cant see us meeting the £32.5m buyout clause to be honest.
Don, Vlaar is actually a good shout...
vlaar would be a very good signing, then we can finally drop vertonghen
Chicken, I think more teams will be in for him unfortunately. United being one of them especially with Van Gaal and his Dutch influence.
Don,
The problem will be that he's 31 next birthday and has no resale value. Not sure even we'd take the risk because of that.
He'd certainly give us the much needed steel, prem experience, and leadership we need all in one go.
Apparently we have bid £6m for the Torino centre half Kamil Glik. He is their captain & is supposed to be very good in the air & also very mobile.
He is also the Polish centre half & has 30 caps at 27 years of age.
Genius, hoping all these bids and interest in all these defenders are real. Goes to show Spurs are desperate for this defence to be sorted
