What media interest? The only news outlet that is still flogging this is the Leicester Mercury. I don't think that this has much interest nationally. It's not one of the big clubs or even the big players at a mid range PL club - the nationals have moved on!

I can't help thinking that the club are intending to ride this one out. It may be that contracts aren't renewed at some stage, but I can imagine a statement that: "it's been dealt with internally" at some point without any obvious action.

I might be wrong, and I'm not saying I agree with the approach, but it wouldn't surprise me if they try and bury this.

Agree. The club will have more than enough information/advice on the legal position now.

Given the delay we are either a) waiting for people to return from holiday to deal with is face to face b) in disagreement internally re the outcome or c) planning the bury the news.

It might have disappeared from the Nationals now but if option C is the outcome, expect us to take a well deserved flogging for being weak.

I'm more worried about what effect this has had in Thailand?

King Power's reason for buying LCFC was the marketing potential in Asia and I think to change perceptions of Thailand.

Absolutely a PR disaster.

As regards the players. I'm sorry but in this modern era these sort of things can't be swept under the carpet and they simply should have more aware of their responsibilities. I certainly don't want players with those morals and attitudes wearing our shirt. Quicker they are sacked the better.

As much as I condone their actions there must be some realism that these three are very young men and as young men make stupid mistakes due to hormones and peer pressure and cannot be hung drawn and quartered If they were out burgarling and stealing from people yes but come on they were naive and immature but to send them to obscurity is a bit much in my opinion

may the fox, I think the problem is more the sense that what they have is ingrained: That this wasn't a mistake but a window into the soul. The mistake, for what it was, was videoing it (and then sending that video back to England). The mistake was letting people know that their attitude toward these Thai women is that they are completely beneath them. This attitude can change, but not overnight.

I haven't seen many if any people talking about banning them from football entirely. These idiots are not Ched Evans. But they have brought shame and embarrassment on our club and the owners. They have taken their hospitality and metaphorically spat on it, and they can consider themselves incredibly lucky that their Leicester careers have survived this long. Whatever their apologies were, they should bottle them and sell them to politicians.

Spot on Dunge.

Just hope the owners can move on from it and that NP can deal with it as a boss and a parent.

What ever happens needs to be swift and decisive the club need to come out of this with out causing the owners anymore lose of face.
Like everyone else seems to think just cut them lose.

Where they briefed on behavior did any management see them get the girls to the room these are the difficult questions that will need to be addressed.

Again i feel for NP on a family front but lets hope there isn't a cultural issue within the club that lets players think that behavior is ok.

Foxes voice, that is simply outrageous. It's 2015 not the middle ages.

Foxes voice. I find your post quite appalling & hope you are nowhere near me at the KP. In my life I have come into contact with several "ladies of the night"& I can assure you that none of them, not one, wanted to do this service & it was only considered through desperation of one kind or another. There was no enjoyment involved & they also developed a very low opinion of the men they "served" if not hatred. TV is not real life! No woman deserves to be treated the way our three morons treated them!

The only people who are as low and despicable as the 3 young "men", are the ones that find their behaviour acceptable and make excuses for them.....Foxes Voice, have a word with yourself. Vile.

You sanctimonious bunch of prissy school girls, get over yourselves.

These girls offered their services whether they enjoyed fulfilling the contract or not and the three Leicester players employed them.

For crying out loud prostitution is the oldest profession and clearly is still doing a roaring trade. Get it all in context

posted on 6/6/15

That offends you. Yet what the 3 players did, doesnt?!

Not in the slightest, a business transaction took place between consenting adults and some very mild abuse took place during the project period

posted on 6/6/15

Whilst on club duty, whilst being treated as guest by the clubs owners in their country. And then videoed too and sent to people who were not part of the "business transaction" as you call it.

Oh don't get me wrong, is it good? Absolutely not! But it happened, is it ideal absolutely not, but it happened, we have to move on!

In addition to Dunge's comments, what you need to remember Foxes Voice is that this forum isn't Twitter or Facebook whereby anything goes and your mates can applaud you for being a LAD and having incredible bantz.

Each to their own but I and I'd imagine most other users of this forum are appalled by your narrow minded and uneducated views.
