Right, willing to sell Rooney to you but would need the following;

Rooney, Pasalic (U21), Redmond
=
Sterling, Ramsey, Kane

Would be well in my favour but would improve your first XI (based on Sterling Ramsey and Kane not being in your best side) and keep you within foreign limits.
