pochettinos signings are boring

Top 6 is bare minimum. We are streets ahead of the next best teams in terms of revenue, so anything less is failure.

I'd go further than that - even 6th is failure if a team with less revenue finish above us.

Good football, late 60s points, top 6, and bringing on some youngsters I'd be happy with.

Chronic,

I actually enjoy debating my points with people who disagree, however you are so stubborn that there is little point

=========================

Doesn't the word "stubborn" kind of mean sticking by the same point of view just for the sake of it? .

As far as I’m aware, that is the first time I have ever elaborated on why Berahino may be a good signing...

Chronic will often label a poster "stubborn" or "argumentative" simply to cover up his own inability to counteract the comments made. I disagreed with Chronic, I provided some valid points to confirm why – now Chronic is stumped he claims I’m stubborn. Go figure .

As I have said many times, instead of starting a slanging match why don’t you begin your responding post with “I disagree because…”.

Just a thought

Problem is Spurs have too much dross up front taking up massive wages to allow them to go out and get an attack minded player. Lamela, Lennon, Townsend, Soldado, Adebayor - all average/shít players on big wages that need to be shipped out before Spurs can invest in an attacking player. There is probably someone else who I have forgotten about.

I had already told you why I don't want berahino in the post that you then replied to chicken

perfect example of chicken's selective memory and stubbornness

I am hoping for a pacey forward and an experienced CM play maker, Moutinho would be nice he still has a good 5 or 6 years in him at 28

we need a DM. as i said above, scoring goals isn't a problem. our joke defence, and the lack of protection in front of it, is the issue.

Alderweireld is also a competent DM by all accounts.

Exactly...i replied to your post...you didnt like being disagreed with...and so called me "stubborn" even though it was the first and only time i have ever elaborated on anything to do with Berahino, so how can it be a "stubborn" reply...that is the whole point .

In a debate situation, what would normally happen is, you look at the points i've put in MY response, and you then confirm what you like or dislike - and it goes on from there.

It shouldn't start with you telling us what is fact, me telling you why i dont agree, and you counteracting my viewpoint with "you're stubborn"...especially when it is a first response...Comprende?
