You think we will miss O'Mahony more that paul o'connell or Sexton.
Bottom line we lost 3 world class players and as well as their replacements did today, we have still lost the backbone of this team. the leadership of this team. and in deed the creativity of this team...

And O'Brian is going to get a week ban without doubt. even thought it was an open hand slap to the stomach the dirty french Muppet milked enough that the powers will need to sanction O'Brian.

Beating Argentina at full strength would have been difficult, but now, down 4 of our best players, it's gonna be a stretch.

Given it was off the ball and apparently unprovoked I'd say he's gone for the tournament having said all that Ireland should still have too much for Argentina, but can France do the All Blacks again?

I initially thought France might be able to front up to the AB's given the fact they have serious unfinished business. But if you take a cold hard look at what france bring i think they are in fact going to get hammered by the AB's
France's tactics are abysmally 1 dimensional. Everything in attack goes route one through picamoles or Bastareaud. Their strengths are certainly in their defense and it took us a hell of a long time to break their defense down, but they never looked like scoring, even when we were crippled with injuries, and at times playing with 14 men due to lads receiving attention France couldn't break our defensive line due to having no imagination. After HT we had a coach who identified exactly what we need to do to get on top while they had a clown with a silly grin on his face who clearly didn't have any ideas and told his players to continue with the same thing. So we went out and instead of going into contact every player was told to take side step once before taking contact and boom French defense was opened up.
the AB's will take them to the cleaners.

Remember 4 years ago, France were down right awful for the entire tournament until they made the final out of as much luck as bad refereeing decisions going their way. But they had an easier route then. This time, they are going to face the AB's next and sure they have motivation for that game, but so do the AB's who im sure are tired of people saying that France should have won that final 4 years ago. With that 1 dimensional playing style the AB's can and should run them off the pitch.
