Ha United showing their true colours. Abandoned any principles they claimed to have. Love it. Many fans desperately trying to cling on to the bs and in fairness there are people in Russia that still think Stalin was the t!ts..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
United have always claimed to spend their own money, we still do.
How are fans from a club whose team can't even get out of the group stages of the CL and can't even fill up their stadium for home games, trying to WUM us

Come on Bean, you can do better than this. That is the kind of spoon fed waffle we expect from Binky.
City, a former mid table club, is now classed as a title favourite going into the new season.
=====
You may consider yourself to be one of the favourites for the title and rightly so, but I think a safer bet would unfortunately be on Chelsea retaining their title.
Have Rooney and RvP, the 2 highest paid players in the country justified their wages over the last 2 years?

If any of you on here own shares in United by all means refer to it as your own money.
Failing that if you're wanting to start a discussion on the merits and demerits of different capitalist buiseness models you're on the wrong thread pal as no one here gives a 5hit.

Have they justified them over the length of their contract is a more appropriate question. Both won us the league.

You would have thought with their massive 2 titles in the last 35 years or so, countless amount of money they've spent, they'd be able to get out of the group stage at least once?
Barry justified his over the length of his contract and won a lot more than Van Persie on half the wages.

Maybe have a word with the OP his article started "we were laughed at and mocked for spending £1bn"
I guess he sees it as his money as well.
the scattergun approach is LVG,s modus operandi
see how many flops he can buy each year,
have to hope Muller must really miss his games of snap with schwienstieger cos that's the only reason he would sign for united
Top lad desperately trying to cling on to the same superiority complex the Scousers had 25 years ago
Bet you weren't making brave comments about our European exploits this time last year... Still, might slip up in qualifiers yet
We got past the group stages and came up against the best barca side in history.
Any of the fans mocking us think they would have done better?

Had they justified being given the contract in the first place would be a better question. I think everyone would agree 'yes'.
Would the City players mentioned be justified in being given the contracts they were given based on what their ability suggested? No would be the most common answer.

If I remember correctly, we won the title just a season before you last did? Hmmm, very odd.
Were not far off quarter of a billion off your spend since the sugar daddy came along....
And we still have a chance of finishing above you this season. Never has the phrase a fool and his money are easily parted been more true than in the car of Mamchester City.
All that money spent and they still haven't seen a CL quarter final....
Car and case are quite clearly interchangeable words....
I think this is the OP

Rvp came to United for fergie, obviously didn't give a monkeys about the "magic" of the club so it's a little odd so many of you are whipping him out to back up your points.
Face it, you're no different to any other club. You just have a lot more money than most of them.
