I would really respect those who defend racism and admit they are racist

Rather than an idiot defending racism and denying they are racist

Basically saying he didn't want his daughter marrying a black man,

He could have just say that and end of

And who is the idiot on here that said black people should not use the N WORD, why the feck not you moron, why so the likes of you can use it,

You are the prime example of ignorance and saying there are bitter people out there clearly shows that you are nothing but a little speck of stain in society

Easy there cowboy. Hows about instead of throwing around insults you give your reasons for feeling the way you do?

The whole racism concept is flawed anyway.

People use silly terms for all races, most just get on with it, it only becomes a problem if you allow it to become one, and whilst black people use the n-word then I think they need to quit whining.

If it is really that offensive they shouldn't use it, I have yet to meet an Irishman call his Irish mates paddy!!

But the point is nobody uses the term to their faces, or very very rarely.

But for me, if you think it is such an insult, eradicate it, don't then it into a popular slang word in modern culture.

If you don't think comments like this:

"I wouldn't want my daughter to marry a Muslim no matter how nice and rich they were."

Are absolutely stupid and ludicrous, then you are part of the problem in contemporary society.

He completely explained his feelings on this didn't he?

Whether you like it or not his feelings are valid, he has seen something he doesn't like from others he knew who married Muslims.

I wouldn't want my daughters(if I had any) marrying a devout Christian, I have seen how ridiculous their lives become, but of course you cant call me racist for that so it doesn't appear as bad.

Actually he didn't.

He gave an anecdote of a few people who he knows that now wear the hijab because they decided to marry a Muslim person.

The hijab is seen as an act of worship and in most cases, women are not forced to wear it, but they are encouraged to as it is merely an extension of faith. If they don't want to, that is their prerogative.

Demonising it and feeding into media stereotypes is ludicrous, frankly.

Given your posting history, cini, I shouldn't expect any less from you to defend a bigot, but hey ho.
