in my opinion you get the midfield imrpovement in essien which is fairly big, sturridge replaces the HG and could become very good, KPB and Kagawa pretty equal but KPB also plays wing and deeper in midfield so gives you different options.
you wouldnt have to worry about getting rid of Barry then either that would be my job
