In there, set the permissions so that it's accessible to everyone and then try and open kodi again.
I think Python27 lives in there anyway!

Well chuffed that I don't have to hook a fackin laptop up to a PC monitor and audio output to my amp to watch (and hear) CL this season

Well I guess I should at least get the BT Showcase channel free which I hope will show the same amount of CL games as ITV have, that's what I've heard anyway.
They really haven't made it very clear for fans.
Right click on folder Temp then Properties - Security tab - Advanced button.
Click on button Change Permissions.
Remove all permissions.
Select the entry for your user name and click Edit.
Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent.
Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object.
Click OK.

It really is quite clear
"A selection of matches will also be made free-to-air throughout the season, with the five British participants – Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United and Celtic – all set to feature at least once.
If you have BT TV, the BT Sport Pack is completely free. If you don’t have BT TV but have BT broadband, the BT Sport Pack can be added for just £5 per month."

That link also doesn't explain which games will be free and which will be on the Europe channel. At least with ITV and Sky you knew that Tuesday was the day ITV had first choice and Sky basically had everything else.

I guess they've not selected which games yet (as Utd and Celtic aren't actually in yet), also it's the first year so there isn't a regular pattern as there was for ITV/Sky

I can't remove it because it doesn't show up in programs yet the folder is still visible

So the only way that isn't showing is if your registry was nackered. You could try and uninstall it directly from there, I'm not sure of the path though so I'll check when I get home.
